I started my vehicle search out of Jacksonville, Fl where I live. The prices in Jacksonville do not compare to orlando. I used Overstock.com for new vehicle pricing and found Cory Fairbanks to be the lowes I live. The prices in Jacksonville do not compare to orlando. I used Overstock.com for new vehicle pricing and found Cory Fairbanks to be the lowest. But still tried other dealerships in the Orlando area for price comparison. Went to Mazda Power Sports in OBT and after they promised me heaven and assured me that they had a big stock of Mazda Tributes came to find out the only vehicle they had was the last 2010 Mazda Tribute in stock with the only color that my wife would not get into (RED). They could not make the numbers work that day and wanted a huge downpayment. I decided to try Cory Fairbanks, after a few hours at the dealership they still could not get close to the price I wanted and originally saw online. The manager that night for some reason did not want to work with me. We left and decided to try again on Saturday at another dealership. We received a call early Saturday from Cory asking for a huge downpayment and we said no. At the same time the dealership in OBT found the vehicle we wanted but would have to wait until the following Tuesday to get it. We were firm in getting a vehicle Saturday but considered the offer from the OBT dealership since they were asking for no downpayment and a monthly payment right where I wanted it. I received a call from Cory Fairbanks a few minutes later from their finance manager and he asked me what would take for me to close the deal with them. I explained to him that we were not putting any downpayment, wanted my payments at a certain range and a specific selling price. He told me that within 10 minutes I would be getting a call back from them. At the 9 minute mark we got the call telling me that we had a deal and to come to get my car. I felt that they went the extra mile in trying to make the sell. I'm sure they made money out of it but the selling price I got was almost a $1,000 less than any other dealership. I was very pleased with their efforts and give kudos to John Notaras for sticking around and trying to make the sale happen. More
I recently purchased a 2010 Mazda 3 from Cory Fairbanks. I am in love with this car! I was treated with respect and honesty from the moment I walked in the door at CFM. I had a difficult credit situation, and the vehicle I was driving was primarily titled to my ex fiance. CFM did what they had to do as it were to get me out of that situation and into my own car. They totally bent over backwards - to the point that I have a friend who works for another dealership I went to - and his salesteam (who tried unsuccessfully to finance me) has no idea how CFM did it. I'm eternally grateful and recommend CFM to anyone who will listen. More
Do not use this dealership, I purchased a vehicle in March and still today do not have my license plate and or title for the vehicle even though the vehicle has been paid for in full. We keep getting pr March and still today do not have my license plate and or title for the vehicle even though the vehicle has been paid for in full. We keep getting promised we will have our plate and title next week, yet is almost 2 months since purchase and still nothing. The dealership keeps changing who we need to talk to and that they can't do it because it's multi-state even though that was mentioned to them before purchase of the vehicle. We were issued a dealer plate after our first temp tag expired after the first 90 days and that took 2 weeks to get. Now they are asking for the dealer plate back and want to give us a temp plate again and are promising for the umpteenth time that we will have our plate next week. This dealership is very incompetent and will not be looking out for your best interest. They also took my trade-in and when told we will just return the car they told us that the trade-in is no longer on their lot so we could return it all we want they dont have my car any longer. So now no matter what we are either stuck with this problem or stuck without a car and without my money to buy another one. The bank is even bothering us for the title so they can finish processing our loan payoff which happened 6 weeks after the purchase date. Be very wary if you go to this dealership and make sure you get everything in writing and signed and dated of any promises before you sign anything. More
We located this dealership on-line first and compared them to other dealers in the general area. We then contacted them because we saw that they had a good inventory and reasonable pricing. We also contacted a few other dealers locally but drove the hour drive to Longwood because they had the stock and were quick to respond to our requests for more information. We took the two cars we were interested in for test drives and George really made us feel comfortable as we tried out the cars. He gave us lots of good information about the details of the cars, but never made us feel any pressure or tension and we really appreciated that because we knew what we were interested in when we arrived there. He helped to work out the pricing along with the manager, Bill I believe was his name. They were responsive to our desire to get to a fair price quickly and make the purchase so we bought the car that same day. Everyone was helpful including Eddie who stayed late to complete our financing (we had to leave in the afternoon to go back to Brevard County, an hour drive each way, and get our trade in car and our children so we didn't get back till later in the evening. Even though it was late, both Eddie and George stayed past their scheduled closing time to finish the sale and they both had great attitudes about it. In fact, one of the techs even stayed to put on the Perma Plate we bought. When we left we felt very positive about the experience and that has not always been the case when we have purchased cars in the past. I think I would look at this dealership first for our next car purchase because they were all positive and didn't try to drag us through hours of wheeling and dealing (something that we would have walked away over). We have told our family and friends about our experience and several were really surprised at how quickly we were able to make our purchase. They also loved the Zoom, Zoom of the car! More
The dealer was dishonest. He told me repeatedly throughout the test drive that the car has a warranty. When it came time to sign the paperwork he tried to hold the buyers guide face down on the des throughout the test drive that the car has a warranty. When it came time to sign the paperwork he tried to hold the buyers guide face down on the desk so I would not see that it had an "as is no warranty". After the sale he held onto the paperwork for 30 days until repeated phone calls and complaints to a manager meant the paperwork went through and I got my licence plate - two days after it's validity had run out. DO NOT buy at this place. BBB got no response from my complaint - so I guess they are used to it. More

I felt compelled to write this review because I was completely blown away with my experience at this dealership. From the time I walked in the door, I was treated with respect. Being a woman and tryin completely blown away with my experience at this dealership. From the time I walked in the door, I was treated with respect. Being a woman and trying to buy a car can be a traumatic event, whether it be a sales person talking down to me or treating me like a piece of meat. Never once did I feel disrespected. I felt like both the sales person and the manager listened to what I wanted in a new car and what I could afford on my budget. I ended up buying a new 2010 Mazda 3 4door that I absolutely love. Not only did I get what I wanted in a new car, but I also got a car that I could truly afford. I felt like the staff bent over backwards to make me happy. I've bought many cars over the last 24 years and have always walked away feeling like maybe I didn't get the best deal or everything I wanted in the car I had just bought. That wasn't the case this time. Cory Fairbanks has my business for life. I have told all of my friends and family that if they ever want to buy a car, this is the place to go.
