I had first gone to Sport Mazda and They gave me excellent service, but I wanted to try another dealership Cory Fairbanks just to make sure I was getting a good deal! I had my brother call the deal excellent service, but I wanted to try another dealership Cory Fairbanks just to make sure I was getting a good deal! I had my brother call the dealership and their sales manager Mike informed my brother that they would be able to top the previous price I was given and that if ultimately I did not leave with the new White Mazda3 i Touring that I wanted I would get my tank filled. Once their I was quickly disappointed they had no white Mazda3 i Touring available when I had called before making the drive. However Mike seemed like he really wanted to make a sale offered me only $200 off the car from my original price $100 for referral and cruise tickets! I did not qualify for any discounts I ended up leaving and told Jose my sales guy to give me a call when the car comes!! Three days later the car comes I am contacted by Jose I want him to fax my bill of sale to my bank and a copy for myself. At first I was surprised the price of the car is listed a whole $1000 over the price we agreed upon and at the very bottom there is a $1000 Mazda manufacture discount!!! I do not own a Mazda so therefor I do not qualify for a discount I refuse to pay $650 on taxes alone whether or not it saves me some money at the end!!!! Cory Fairbanks is a dishonest dealership, they were trying to cheat me on the price for their benefit!! More

Being owner of three Mazdas all bought at Cory Fairbanks (under different ownership) I was caught by a surprise after my second visit to close the deal and after walking in the parking lot with my son in a (under different ownership) I was caught by a surprise after my second visit to close the deal and after walking in the parking lot with my son in a sunny day for about 2 hours I asked again the price of the car and he confirmed that was the price this guy ask me to check my credit since the price was given to me he returned telling me that I was approved but when I looked the price was changed to almost U$ 3,000.00 more! Obviously I asked why the change in the price? Then the "guy" told me that I am not veteran nor college student and he could not give me discounts?!?!?!?! I did not ask any discount, again , before giving permission to check my credit I ask twice if that was the final price. He said Yes! I lost half day with this people and I am not surprised the ratings they are getting! There are two other dealers that put the final price in the window so you don't have to stress yourself and family with this. More
Their advertised internet price for the vehicle I was interested in was $28,590. There were no conditions on the website regarding the advertised price. I spoke to a salesman on the phone, Zack, who st interested in was $28,590. There were no conditions on the website regarding the advertised price. I spoke to a salesman on the phone, Zack, who stated that the advertised price was accurate and that he was sure I had equity in my vehicles - I planned to trade in two. I drove about 80 miles to the dealership and test drove the vehicle. Zack wasn't available so I met Bruce. After I test drove the vehicle, Bruce and I began to go over the numbers. I was first told that the online price included two discounts that I did not qualify for, a Mazda loyalty rebate ($500) and a military discount ($500). The military discount does not apply to veterans. I was then told that the online price also included a $2000 cash or trade equity which would have brought their actual price up to $31,520. At this point I walked out of the dealership and made it clear that my review would be unfavorable. I was called several times by the salesman and his manager who claimed that the $2000 cash or trade equity was a mistake. However, now there was no equity in my vehicles so my "out the door" price would have been $31,200. Of course I didn't buy it. I would stay away from this dealership because their advertised price is obviously not their actual price and they will promise anything just to get a customer to the dealership. More

This dealership was very pushy from the beginning when they got my information from an internet site. I went in for a day of test driving and to get some numbers to play with as I was still shopping around. They refused to give me any form of solid numbers since I would not be signing any papers that day, so I was still in the blue as to actual prices. I returned to this dealership after seeing a great Internet price on the vehicle I wanted. I should have known it was too good to be true. I will NEVER be returning to this dealership and will tell everyone to stay far away. I was told that I didn't read the coupon correctly by 2 staff members and they would not honor the price. They would not budge on any of their numbers. Tension rose as did their voices. HORRIBLE TREATMENT!! STAY AWAY, After a horrible in store experience, I received a phone call that was just as horrible and I was forced to hang up when I was treated horrible again. More

I had already chosen the car I was looking for, it was just a matter of finding it for the right price. I thought I had at this mazda dealership. After after test driving we were ready to buy. The sales person, Z, took all the information on our trade and left to have the appraisal done. By the time anyone came back to talk to us we had been sitting there for 20 minutes. The salesperson came back with his "manager", who immediately started the run around. He kept asking how much we wanted for the trade and finally said he was asking because the price of the car was actually $2000 more than what was listed on the sticker.WHAT? "You see, there's a smiley face on the windshield." SERIOUSLY? I scoured their website for 3 days before we drove to the dealer, there was no such mention, asterisk or special conditions anywhere. He then had the nerve to say " all dealerships do it." We'll, I guess that makes it ok. Fed up after an hour of listening to these guys talk out of both sides of there mouth we left. The car we test drove was a 2011 hyundai elantra with 18,000 miles and a price tag of 18,995. One week later we purchased a brand new 2013 hyundai elantra for $1000 dollars more from the dealer down the road. Cory fairbanks mazda it's the seediest, shadiest, most disgusting example of deceptive sale I've ever encountered. The lack of integrity is appalling. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! More

All the service personnel at the dealership are friendly enough. Unfortunately, when/if you buy a CPO vehicle AND their "platinum" warranty, which is their top of the line warranty - they still go out of th enough. Unfortunately, when/if you buy a CPO vehicle AND their "platinum" warranty, which is their top of the line warranty - they still go out of their way to NOT cover your vehicle and to NOT do any work on the car - even when it's a minor problem and even the service department tells you "wow - i've never seen that before". I can assure you my next vehicle will not be from Cory Fairbanks Mazda - nor will any of my friends/family - btw that are also currently in the market for a "new" vehicle. More
