I went into Cory Fairbanks Mazda, with the intentions of trading in my 2012 for a 2013 Mazda 3. Once the financing went through and I was satisfied with my purchase I was on my way.... Only to receive a cal trading in my 2012 for a 2013 Mazda 3. Once the financing went through and I was satisfied with my purchase I was on my way.... Only to receive a call from Michael D Rea (Finance Manager) saying that "he needed me to come into sig a few more things to complete the deal" So I made an appointment to go in and handle the paperwork, come to find out the financing was never approved and that they needed another 2K for anything to happen. I did not have the funds at this time and thought the deal was final. They returned my car to me that I traded in but since the time of me trading in my car i assumed the loan was paid off. When the financing did not go through my current loan became past due and generated $84 in late and interest charges. The Sales Manager Micheal Corpus said he would cut a check for the inconvenience. I have called multiple time in regards to this check and every time he said he would return my call the same day. Every time I call I get more of an attitude as if I'm the one being a burden on his day. Not only was I lied too they sold me a used demo model instead of a new model like they told me. After dealing with this head ache I found out they shotgun my credit to over 12 lenders. This Dealership has the worst customer service with only 2 things in min moving cars and making $$ not caring about the customer.... During tax season I will be hiring a sign holder on the bad experience to make sure this never happens again to another potential customer. More

I had a great experience when my husband and I walked into the dealership while our car was in the shop not knowing if we were going to have a car. Igor approached us and was very kind and up front abou into the dealership while our car was in the shop not knowing if we were going to have a car. Igor approached us and was very kind and up front about everything, he is not like your typical car salesman as you can see he takes pride in his work. We ended up with a trade in and drove off with an Autumn-Bronze 6 (her name is Hazel - lol). Thank you Igor!! Then we met Steve and he is another asset to your team. His customer service skills is very impressive and you guys are very lucky to have him. With me being in the customer service industry as well both Steve and Igor did an outstanding job! More

I went to this dealership with my husband to purchase or lease a Mazda CX5. My experience with the sales person, the rest of the staff and getting the car was pleasant although I ended up with a payment tha lease a Mazda CX5. My experience with the sales person, the rest of the staff and getting the car was pleasant although I ended up with a payment that was more than what I wanted. In the interest of full disclosure, I have a discharged bankruptcy and they were helpful in trying to get me into a lease. I took possession of the car the same day and was happy with the performance of the vehicle. Nearly a week later, I was called early in the day by the finance person who requested I come to the office because there was a problem with the bank. He could not say what the issue was. I called my husband who then called the dealership to find out what the problem was. At 6pm I arrived home and my husband had still not received a call back to say what the issue was. My husband and I arrived at the dealership that night to meet with the finance person. At that time, I was informed I was not approved for a lease. The finance person then advised us that he could try to get us financing if I purchased the vehicle. I said I was interested if the monthly payment would remain the same as we were already at our limit with the amount. The finance person then said he would speak to the sales manager who would come in to speak to us and try to get a better price as he could not himself get it to our current monthly price. The sales manager Juan Lorenzo came in to meet with us and was courteous at first. He greeted us and said he would try to get us into a deal. He proceeded to work the numbers and could not get me to the right price. I advised him I could not accept the new price and would have to return the car. His demeanor completely changed after that. My husband asked him about the return of our deposit and he informed us that after he got his car back we would then get our deposit back. My husband said he would want his deposit processed promptly as we would need it to go elsewhere for another vehicle. Mr. Lorenzo then relayed to us in a very nasty manner that his car would not be leaving the lot and that Mazda was a multi-million dollar corporation and would not be keeping our measly deposit. We have no deal so the car is not leaving the lot. I advised Mr. Lorenzo that we did not have transportation back to our home as we both came in that car and were not told before coming in that the lease did not go through. In addition the 2nd key for the vehicle was at our home. Mr. Lorenzo was adamant that the car would not be leaving the lot if we did not go with the new deal. My husband advised him we could not afford a higher payment and that the dealership also did not disclose that we would have to carry higher insurance for a leased vehicle. Mr. Lorenzo then very smugly said “Well did you ask?” I could not believe what I was hearing and how demeaning this man’s behavior toward us was. I proceeded to tell Mr. Lorenzo that in the interest of integrity and full disclosure the dealership should have told us this. They should have made us aware of what insurance coverage we would need to obtain. His reply was we don't have to tell you anything. I was so in shock and infuriated with this man's lack of professionalism and admitted underhanded tactics. The first thing that came to mind was the crooked car salesman. This man is a perfect example of the stereo type car salesman are given. I have never experienced such blatant dishonesty in my life. This man was admitting to being deceitful and didn’t care at all. Apparently Mr. Lorenzo sees nothing wrong with his behavior and I have to say that this can’t be the first time something like this has happened with this employee. Perhaps no one has gone through and reported his behavior. I would rather believe that then to think the dealership simply does not care about the treatment of their customers. Bad employees make for bad business. I will not be patronizing this establishment again. More

I didn't appreciate the deceptive tricks they used to get me to (reluctantly) purchase. From hiding the MSRP sticker so I couldn't see the real price I should have been negotiating on, to walking away wi get me to (reluctantly) purchase. From hiding the MSRP sticker so I couldn't see the real price I should have been negotiating on, to walking away with my keys and registration so I'd feel like it was too late to say no, to making me fill out a "customer satisfaction" survey in the middle of the transaction instead of the end (despite my objections), to refusing to show me what my payments would be until I signed and locked in a price...it was an awful experience. Instead of being excited because I just purchased a new car, I left the dealership feeling like I made a big mistake. I feel like a victim, and cannot recommend this dealership and their intimidation tactics. Buyer beware. More
