I have had issues with being sent the wrong coupons for services and not only did the dealer mgr acknowledge all of them (5), Bill, the service manager, gave me a free tire rotation and oil change. They also have customer appreciation days with free BBQ and drinks. It really feels like everyone is all for making sure you are satisfied and its genuine. More

My Mazda 3 Every time I have been to the dealership for service of my my Mazda, I always have excellent service.
