This dealership is the Bees Knees!!! Had complete failure of brake system in car. Called Mazda roadside assistance and was towed to Cory Fairbanks Mazda. I originally needed to go to Clas Had complete failure of brake system in car. Called Mazda roadside assistance and was towed to Cory Fairbanks Mazda. I originally needed to go to Classic Mazda where I bought the car but couldn’t drive it. I felt stranded as the service center initially told me they had no loaners and were backed up on services. I spoke with the General Manager, Mike. I shared my situation with him and he went above and beyond to help me. He found me a loaner vehicle to drive and he got my vehicle into the shop and repaired within two days! Incredible service that made my jaw drop in satisfaction. I highly recommend Cory Fairbanks Mazda to everyone. Fantastic service that will bring me back for years to come. Thanks for saving my day Cory Fairbanks Mazda!! Also, a shoutout to Edwin, my service advisor for providing great service as well!! More
