The new feature of video recording by the mechanic as he showed me all the things that need attention with the car is wonderful. He showed me what part was broken with my window and areas where oil was lea showed me all the things that need attention with the car is wonderful. He showed me what part was broken with my window and areas where oil was leaking out and the poor condition of my tires that needed to be replaced. Renee, my service advisor, was friendly and very helpful. She provided me with a loaner car so I didn't have to wait at the dealership. She kept in contact with me via text on the progress of my car. Approving the work I wanted done was really easy with their online form. Overall, I was very happy with my service. More
