Don't lie to me! I came in with the intention of trading in my car and purchasing a new Mazda 6. The initial sales person was very nice and informative. After I deci I came in with the intention of trading in my car and purchasing a new Mazda 6. The initial sales person was very nice and informative. After I decided I wanted to "make a deal" the manager took over from there with the typical speech about how they are a big volume dealer and I wouldn't get a better price anywhere else. After I told the manager that I was quoted $3,000 under MSRP, he went on a crazy discussion of how he pays only $1,500 under MSRP (invoice amount) and could not match the price. He told me that the other dealers had incentives that I wouldn't qualify for and that their true price was higher than his. Mike said he only sells at invoice if a buyer purchases 10 vehicles per year, otherwise he loses money. He proceeded to show me the super secret website that shows what he pays. He complained that he had to at least make a few hundred dollars on the deal. He also gave me a verbal price for my trade in. Just to check, I went back to the other dealers and got their bottom line price without any additional incentives (military vet, recent graduate or previous Mazda owner). The original price they quoted was the TRUE price before any incentives. They substantially beat Cory Fairbanks Mazda, who guaranteed me they wouldn't be beat on price. When I went back to Mike, he lowered the price by less than 200 and lowered the price of my trade in by more than 10%. By the way, I'm not new to the new car dealership racket. I purchased a new Toyota a few years ago from an award winning volume dealer. What a difference! They were straight forward with me and gave me a price so far under invoice, that I actually felt bad (I'm a business owner and understand they need to make a profit). The owner told me that because they were a large volume dealer that the manufacturer would give them large incentives (additional discounts from invoice) when they sold more vehicles. Bottom line: The manager Mike was not telling the truth when he said "if I sell this below invoice, I will lose money". Mike, don't play me. Just be upfront. With the dawn of the internet, people are actually informed! Time to change tactics! More

I had been putting off buying a new car for as long as possible, but after arriving at the dealership I was set at ease immediately. Jose was very helpful in my search for the vehicle I wanted. He was kn possible, but after arriving at the dealership I was set at ease immediately. Jose was very helpful in my search for the vehicle I wanted. He was knowlegeable about the prices and kinds of vehicles available on the lot. He greeted me right away when I arrived on the lot and made me feel welcome. When we found the vehicle I was looking for, he explained the options and features. Overall, it was a good buying experience. More
Great experience from the first phone call to driving home in my new CX-5. The internet department at Cory Fairbanks Mazda is the best. They had every color and model of the CX-5. I went to the 2 other d home in my new CX-5. The internet department at Cory Fairbanks Mazda is the best. They had every color and model of the CX-5. I went to the 2 other dealers in Orlando but they had a very limited selection. Thanks to everyone; I really love my new Mazda and the MPG is amazing. My brother will be in on Tuesday to see Richard about a Mazda 3. More

Cory Fairbanks fully represents the worst of car sales stereotypes. I went in to check out the mazda 6 because it's the closest dealership to my house. The sales manager (tall, overweight black guy named stereotypes. I went in to check out the mazda 6 because it's the closest dealership to my house. The sales manager (tall, overweight black guy named Jon) immediately put the pressure on to "make a deal", but when I asked for an actual price on the exact vehicle I wanted he completely refused. The standard procedure here is to add a bunch of extras on top of the MSRP like nitrogen-filled tires and pin-striping and mark it up $2000. They'll repeatedly tell you they sell more cars than anyone and can get you the best deal, but won't ever put anything in writing or an email. It's all about getting you to come into the showroom so they can do the classic psychological manipulations during negotiations. My advice is to go here only for test drives, but buy from either Classic or Sport Mazda here in Orlando. Both of those dealerships were great to work with via email and provided up-front prices, which were both right in line with the fair market prices on edmunds and kbb. It's the internet age people. Stop supporting places like this. More
I went into Cory Fairbanks Mazda, with the intentions of trading in my 2012 for a 2013 Mazda 3. Once the financing went through and I was satisfied with my purchase I was on my way.... Only to receive a cal trading in my 2012 for a 2013 Mazda 3. Once the financing went through and I was satisfied with my purchase I was on my way.... Only to receive a call from Michael D Rea (Finance Manager) saying that "he needed me to come into sig a few more things to complete the deal" So I made an appointment to go in and handle the paperwork, come to find out the financing was never approved and that they needed another 2K for anything to happen. I did not have the funds at this time and thought the deal was final. They returned my car to me that I traded in but since the time of me trading in my car i assumed the loan was paid off. When the financing did not go through my current loan became past due and generated $84 in late and interest charges. The Sales Manager Micheal Corpus said he would cut a check for the inconvenience. I have called multiple time in regards to this check and every time he said he would return my call the same day. Every time I call I get more of an attitude as if I'm the one being a burden on his day. Not only was I lied too they sold me a used demo model instead of a new model like they told me. After dealing with this head ache I found out they shotgun my credit to over 12 lenders. This Dealership has the worst customer service with only 2 things in min moving cars and making $$ not caring about the customer.... During tax season I will be hiring a sign holder on the bad experience to make sure this never happens again to another potential customer. More

I had a great experience when my husband and I walked into the dealership while our car was in the shop not knowing if we were going to have a car. Igor approached us and was very kind and up front abou into the dealership while our car was in the shop not knowing if we were going to have a car. Igor approached us and was very kind and up front about everything, he is not like your typical car salesman as you can see he takes pride in his work. We ended up with a trade in and drove off with an Autumn-Bronze 6 (her name is Hazel - lol). Thank you Igor!! Then we met Steve and he is another asset to your team. His customer service skills is very impressive and you guys are very lucky to have him. With me being in the customer service industry as well both Steve and Igor did an outstanding job! More
