They made it easy. I hate shopping for a new care because it takes forever but not at Cory Fairbanks. I told them what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. It too I hate shopping for a new care because it takes forever but not at Cory Fairbanks. I told them what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. It took just a few minutes and we had a couple of vehicles to compare. Once I picked one the rest was fast and easy. BIG thanks to Richard and the crew at Cory Fairbanks. I have sent them several people and every one of them was well treated and happy. More

Arrogant and not customer friendly at all I was in the market for a new car. I contacted them via the internet to get a price. All I got was them trying to force me to buy the old fashioned way. They wouldn't give me a price. They insisted I come into the dealership. They just asked what prices I had gotten and they would try to beat that price. I tried several times and finally gave up. If it's this hard to get a price, is this really someone you want to deal with? How are they going to treat you later when you have a problem? There is NO way I would do business with them. Everything about my interactions felt slimy and the stereotypical "car salesman". There are other dealers than still understand customer service. Cory Fairbanks just isn't one of them. More
HORRIBLE dealership buyer beware My buying experience was good... until my 2013 had about 4,000 miles... my car randomly wont start then after several tries would finally start up, my My buying experience was good... until my 2013 had about 4,000 miles... my car randomly wont start then after several tries would finally start up, my husband was late to work over this several times (mazda could care less), id take it in and they could never.duplicate the problem. Finally it broke completely and had to be towed in (husband late to work again) they had our car almost two weeks, willie said its in his hands it will get fixed. The cars gauge cluster went out which is what was causing my slew of problems (horrible gas mileage 12-16mpg), window wipers not working all the time, and not shifting gears (its a automatic and ive explained its dangerous.that going down the road my car will randomly.not go over like 1200rpm and im stuck going like 30mph on I4) So we get the car back, and the "new" gauge cluster is cracked... wow really? Ok so they get the car back for another 2 days (they already had it 2wks) so we get it back again and our gauge cluster only reads we have 70 miles on the car lol so much for resale value. Any way only one week passes before it starts not starting again so I take it back and they keep it 15 days! And claim once again they cant duplicate the problem... so I get it back again 2wks pass and once again it didnt turn on this morning... AND im only getting 15mpg and the car is running like its constantly in a low gear. Other issues include uneven tire wear to.the point the inside is bald and I can switch lanes by letting go of the steering wheel yet they claim my car is not out of alignment. But willie did give us two used tires...still doesnt fix the fact something is clearly wrong with our car on the driver side front tire. Service tried to tell us thats how mazda made them. Today I go in because its just to much the car is extremely unreliable, I went in to possibly purchase another car...foolish I know. I told the salesman that my mazda5 is the worse car ive ever owned and the mpg suck and its constantly breaking... I mentioned I was going to write on my car how much it sucked thats how fed up I was. He told willie and willie started yelling at me outside the showrooom, told me "not to threaten him"... I told him I refused to argue with him and that he was being unprofessional (mind you I had my children with me, at this point I was crying because I felt attacked and bullied) willie even mentioned "he" always "gave" me a rental car.. I paid for a maintenance warranty that included rentals... I wasnt going to leave a review at first. But people need to know.... this dealership is nice for only so long, all I wanted was my car to be fixed right the first time. It was brand new and ive been to the dealership countless times, most of the times they didnt log when I came him... just threw it on the battery tester or alignment machine never logged anything. Make sure you always get a work order they arent your friend or family its business... bad business. I traded in a 2011 civic that never had a issue, never left me stranded. My gma got a 2011 gmc and she has never had a problem. It must be mazda with all the faults. And now im out 25k they won... dont make my mistake More
Avoid, unless you like overpaying I came to this deal a few weeks back looking to test drive a new Mazda. Mr. Mantia took me on test drive despite the usual awkward car dealer/customer I came to this deal a few weeks back looking to test drive a new Mazda. Mr. Mantia took me on test drive despite the usual awkward car dealer/customer relationship, I liked him well enough. The problem with Fairbanks Mazda is they guarantee you this "lifetime warranty" which you're supposed to feel excited and secure about. The bottom line is you don't need this, folks. Now some of you may disagree, and if that means you're willing to spent over a $1000 more on a car than you have to, that is your choice. But to me it was about PRICE. After my test drive I did some research and saw what people were paying out the door for new Mazda 6s online, and Fairbanks' price was WAY higher than what I was seeing. So I thought ok, well they're checking to see if I'm a sucker which I'm not, so I'll go back in, ask for a lower price and explain why. After a brief conversation with a 2nd salesman (Mantia was not here my second time in), a 3rd salesman was brought over to my table and this is when the fun began. After I tried to explain to this new guy why I felt his price was too high I get this speech from him about how wrong I am because he sells four times the number of Mazdas than any other dealer around. THIS WAS LIE #1. I'm sure he could justify his statement in some way but if you compare the dealer reviews here to the number of other dealer reviews in the Orlando area, it's pretty clear he is NOT selling 4 times as many Mazdas as them. He's probably selling less. Once I tell him what a competing dealership is offering the car for down the road I get told that that sounds shady and questionable, because all the local dealerships have signed a deal that prevents them from selling the car below truecar.com's advertised "best price", and that the dealer could get in trouble if they were found out. THIS WAS LIE #2. I'll remember this lie for years, did he seriously expect me to believe this? He was trying to bully me into buying the car from him on the spot at a higher price out of fear! Any argument I presented was just rejected with, "Here is the truecar.com's best price, it doesn't get any better than this." Which again, after doing my research, I knew was wrong. Mr. Mantia could have just told me, "Well, we can't really do anything else on price, but hey we do offer this lifetime warranty, so you should buy from us!" I would have acknowledged that that was how his dealership did business, and I would have declined his offer and moved on. I did NOT need to have salesman #3 try to bully me and use fear tactics to make me sign a deal. That is where the line was crossed and that is what has caused me to write this negative review. More

This past week (6-23 to 6-29-14) I was again in the market for another Mazda, this time a CX9. Contacted Cory Fairbanks via their internet Dept. and within a few hours got communication via e-mail from David Fant. For some reason he kept saying that he could not reach me via phone. That was weird since they have record of me after purchasing a Mazda Tribute in 2010. Never again received any communication from him....I figure if you want to sell cars you need to follow up on your customers, especially someone that already purchased one from them in the past. I decided to deal with Sport Mazda this time and they really knew how to earn my business. I sent a message to David letting him know that I was dealing at another place and quickly the e-mails started to come in with a tone of sarcasm like I did not know the opportunity I was giving up for not buying there and of course the Lifetime warranty. Buddy the first rule in sales is finding the need behind the need in the customer....Professional Selling Skill rule #1. Being a prior US Navy Recruiter I see through your BS. Needless to say got an outstanding deal on a 2014 CX9 out the door price $25,585 with upgraded package. You tell me if I got a good deal or not....MSRP $31,775..... I do not recommend this dealership to anyone else, they lost me as a customer. More
