As I awaited the news of what was wrong with the car I looked around the lot.A gentleman asked what I was there for and told me about the incentives that were being offered to trade in my CX7 for a CX9. He then introduced me to Bruce Markgraf. While Bruce and I were talking about my options I received bad news about my car that was in the service center. It needed some major repairs. Bruce went above and beyond my expectations to get me into a new car with payments I could handle and no money down.
