Once $$$ has been exchanged, customer service dropped The sales staff was very persistent about getting us to the dealership to see the car we were inquiring about, a pre-owned Mazda CX-9. The sale went smoothly and we were given one key to the car. We asked about a second key and the salesman said he would look into it and call us the following day. It has been three days with no call, no e-mail's, etc.... It seems as though once the sale was completed, customer service became less of a priority. More
