It is clearly the best value/car in it's category, and we have been thrilled with the purchase. We were equally impressed with the Cory Fairbanks inventory; and sales and service staff. They worked hard to get us a fair deal, and handled all our special needs. Our sales person Milton deserves special mention. I met him during a quick scouting trip, and he stuck with us through the whole process. He has stayed in touch after the sale, the make sure everything promised was delivered. I came to browse not expecting to purchase a vehicle after an awful experience at another location. However, I ended up purchasing a vehicle that I really, really love. The personable, professional experience I receive from Kelvin Allard (K2) and John and Joe was one that was pleasant and straight forward and humorous. My husband and I received stellar customer service that was so very welcomed. Also, Mr. Wright the GM was wonderful as well it was very well noticed of the care he put into his employees as well as his customers. Great Technical Support I was having some issues getting my HomeLink mirror synced with my garage and gate opener. We tried it at home several times and even called the helpl I was having some issues getting my HomeLink mirror synced with my garage and gate opener. We tried it at home several times and even called the helpline and nothing worked. My husband even bought a repeater to see if the signal strength was the issue and no success. We were beginning to think there was something wrong with the mirror, so we took the car in and talked to Jimmy Tran, who arranged for a Tech to come out to our house and check the system. Mike came out to our house and was somehow able to get the house remote and the community gate remote synced to the mirror. I'm so happy to be driving my CX-9 without any remotes!!! Thank you all so much - this was definitely above and beyond the call of duty! More
