Drove well out of my way to Longwood to find that the vehicle we discussed was sold... I get it... it happens. But at least tell me before I drive 45 minutes out of my way that the car with 17 miles was sold and you were going to try to sell me a car with almost 200. That you thought I would just like the pinstripe that was added (poorly at that) and tint that I honestly didn't want... and then expected that i would want to pay for the added value... and to top it off, you can't honor the deal that you told me we were good on. Should have known that a car dealer that tries to get me there with a cruise was shady. Don Mealy Sport Mazda took care of me honestly, fairly, and with respect after I left here. More

I went to both of my local Mazda dealers before making the drive to Cory Fairbanks, and both of my local dealers dropped the ball on my new car purchase. Cory Fairbanks' staff was courteous, not at all pushy, and extremely helpful. They gave us exactly what we hoped to get for our trade-in, and gave us a great deal on the 2016 Mazda CX-5 AWD Grand Touring of our dreams. We worked with Omar and Bruce on the sales team. We also spoke with Zach, a Sales Manager. All-around guys who we really enjoyed working with on the deal. We also sat down with the Finance Dept. (we had our own lender secured, but they handled our paperwork) and their customer assistance rep who showed us all the features of our new car. Literally every single person we interacted with at Cory Fairbanks was helpful and a pleasure to meet. We will definitely be sending business their way, and will definitely make the 2.5 hour drive back when we're ready to get our next new Mazda. Run of the Mill While we are over the moon with our new car, the overall experience was extremely frustrating. We had been researching this Mazda 6 for well over a ye While we are over the moon with our new car, the overall experience was extremely frustrating. We had been researching this Mazda 6 for well over a year and getting all of the pertinent information in order for us to purchase said car. When we finally went in to buy the car we were very upfront, and very concrete on what we wanted and could afford. After breaking down numbers and being assured that they would "do all they can for us", there was still a lot of that whole back and forth between sales table & management table. There were far too many instances where our salesman had to "go and talk to his manager", and yet you would see them standing around talking. After providing the VIN # of the car we wanted and the financial breakdown, they played a lot of the "well, we will only give you $500 for your trade in. How does that sound?" before eventually agreeing to provide us with the correct amount for out trade in. I suppose we are just frustrated because after it was all said and done, we got exactly what we asked for (with the same terms we wanted) but instead of taking us an hour & a half like it could have, it took us over 4 hours because of the "whole run around car salesman" act. Needless to say, the car is amazing, the warranties are phenomenal, and I would buy a Mazda again in a heartbeat, I just might try my hand at Sport Mazda in Orlando first and see if they will be more upfront with you. More
