After the sale I originally bought a Mazda 6 then traded it in on a CX5 which I am very satisfied with. Al was my salesman and he and dealership treated me very wel I originally bought a Mazda 6 then traded it in on a CX5 which I am very satisfied with. Al was my salesman and he and dealership treated me very well. I had a couple of minor things on my CX5 which needed attention, and the service handled it very well. They always clean my vehicle when I take it in for service, and that is a great feature. My only complaint is that I brought my neighbor in who also bought a CX 5 (he like mine), and I was promised a $100.00 finders fee. I have not receive that as of yet (approx 5 weeks ago), and that is a little bit unsettling. More

He was incredibly helpful and was very insistent to his fellow employees in making sure that my paperwork was processed in a timely manner. He went above and beyond the call for helping me. He made both me and my wife happy with the new purchase. I will always recommend other people to come here to look for their cars. More

Typical car dealer I went in to shop for a cx9. After the sale man ran in and out with offers, i told them the number i wanted for the car, trade-in, financing amount, t I went in to shop for a cx9. After the sale man ran in and out with offers, i told them the number i wanted for the car, trade-in, financing amount, they came $3500 short (with lot of typical car saleman talk). I decided to leave, manager ran over to make a new offer. This time, it was $2800 short. I ran home and figured out that they pull my credit, without my purchase. The saleman told me that just fill the paper work for faster processing should we make a deal and confirmed that they won't pull credit because it cost their money. I went to Classic Mazda, without telling them my number, no negotiation, i got exactly the numbers i have planned. Of course, i did lot of research before. More

Jeff was our salesman and he did a fantastic job of explaining everything the Mazda 6 had to offer and how it compared to the other cars I had been interested in driving. I saw a complaint in another review about the back and forth between the salesman and manager...but you're at a car dealership; the back and forth is to be expected to a certain extent. I found all of the people who worked there to be very friendly from sales to the finance department. I would recommend Cory Fairbanks Mazda to all of my family and friends. More
