I was there from 10 until 8pm trying to make a deal that it should not have taken that long. I feel I was tricked and lied and the proof is that They never honor the true car and app information and played with the interest rate. It was not until I got home that I discover that Classic Mazda could have offered a better deal without the constant negotiation. So disappointed with the experience!!! More

When I returned for the service correction, I was given an additional quote of over $200 more dollars and assured that my Mazda auto would be ready the next day. I did not get my car back the next day nor was I even communicated with until 3 days later. In fact it was a week later before I could get my car back, and given more excuses than I care to mention. I was told that because of all of my troubles they would "top off my gas". Needless to say, their word was not even good enough to do that. More

From the phone call we had to the all nighter we pulled trying to get me into a car that was suited for me and within my budget. His customer service was beyond amazing and he really made the whole car buying experience bearable. I commend the entire staff that stood there with us after closing time just so we could finish this deal for myself and my mother. Zach the manager was exceptional and pulled every string to help us out. Just a great experience overall. More

I was headed to a dealership with an appointment further down 17-92; when I received a text message from the salesman who I had been working with for 3 days that he was not going to be able to help me financially unless I had a strong cosigner. Right after I receive the message I drove past Cory Fairbanks Mazda. I made a u-turn, entered the parking lot and was greeted immediately by Phillip who directed me to a parking spot. As a woman I've always hated going to buy a car. Philip changed that. He asked if I was looking for a specific vehicle, what my needs were and if I had a budget that I wanted to work around. He found options for me, showed them all to me, let me drive them and gave me time to make the final decision. Everyone at Cory Fairbanks Mazda was so courteous, kind and helpful through the process. A great representation of teamwork which is hard to find in this day and age. Not only did I get several hugs from the team but also a reasonable warranty on a previously owned vehicle and oil changes. Phillip's gift does not come from his charming, Scottish accent but from his empathy and understanding of exactly what I needed and wanted when others turned their heads. Thank you, Cory Fairbanks Mazda for your exemplary guest service and thank you, Phillip for treating me as an individual who needed a necessity to provide for her family and not a number or dollar sign. Exceptional I was on the look out for a 2016 Mazda Miata GT, MT in Blue Reflex - a very difficult find indeed. I found one via an internet search at Cory Fairban I was on the look out for a 2016 Mazda Miata GT, MT in Blue Reflex - a very difficult find indeed. I found one via an internet search at Cory Fairbanks Mazda and left word regarding my interest. I was contacted immediately by David Fant and we had a very productive telephone conversation - as I live in Boynton Beach Florida which is approximately 200 miles away. I told David about my Mini Cooper that I wanted to trade in and he gave me a very accurate ballpark figure as to what it was worth - sight unseen. We talked about that it was a very long trip for me and once there, I could not afford to play games - either financially or time wise. David assured me that would not be the case - and he was right on. David had the car ready to go upon my arrival and like he said there were no games whatsoever. David and the Manager (name unknown) that I met/spoke to briefly were professional, upfront, helpful, forthright, personable and honest. I was so impressed with the amazing experience I had, that I am presently in contact with David again - as I plan to trade my car in for a 2017 Mazda Miata RF, MT in hopefully Blue Reflex. Needless to say, I am again willing to make the 200 mile trip - as the mileage is certainly worth the exceptional new car buying experience - a rarity these days! More
