Ask for Omar or David Omar Quinones was the reason I came back to Cory Fairbanks. He was very thorough the day I visited, never rushed me and wasn't an overbearing sales p Omar Quinones was the reason I came back to Cory Fairbanks. He was very thorough the day I visited, never rushed me and wasn't an overbearing sales person. Unfortunately the day I returned to buy the car Omar was not there, but he referred me to speak with David Mitchell. David is the main reason I stayed and bought the car at Cory. There were some hiccups during the negotiation process with management but David stayed calm and supportive throughout the process to guarantee we found the right car. If it weren’t for Omar and David, I would have most likely left and gone elsewhere. Overall I am happy I bought the car from Cory because of Omar and David. They have followed up after the sale to ensure that we are happy with the car and if we had any questions. I had a wonderful customer experience with both of them, one of the best I have ever had. Keep up the great work Omar and David!! …Do yourself a favor and ask for one of them, you won’t regret it at the end! More
Disappointing low brow response I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealer because they didn't have the color and option package that I was looking for. Even if you still have original parts fitted at manufacture if you are out of warranty you are out of luck. They don't listen the their customers and don't stand behind their products. The Mazda 3 has loud road noise, eats tires like no other vehicle I have ever owned. This was first Mazda and it will be my last. Oh, and be warned, they push, push, push you to give them a great review and harrass you on the phone and by email. More
