Heard Good Things -- I Had a Different Experience :-( My experience: Polite in person, but dismissive online. Started contact online, text messages were impersonal and curt. No personality at all, no cour My experience: Polite in person, but dismissive online. Started contact online, text messages were impersonal and curt. No personality at all, no courtesy or attempt at building rapport. Drove out to get my car appraised and they brought a sad offer about 20-25% lower than their competitors. (Clarification, I'm not upset they are trying to making money -- it's a business. It's how they treat you when they realize they aren't making money from you that matters.) They were so put off that I didn't want to trade in and only wanted to sell -- the second there was no "sale" for a new car, their fake smiles turned into blank, emotionless RBF. All of this, of course, /after/ they repeatedly market on their website that they want to buy your car (no trade-in needed!). Right... thank u, next. Also: I was contacted by text and chastised for sharing my personal experience. Thanks for the advice on how to write a review that is taken seriously, Dave! More

I was able to negotiate a favorable deal in a short time. The salesman put a deal together quickly and the manager approved my second offer. Some dealers try to drag the sale out till they get their price. The salesman's name is Mr. Vice. He respected me by not using ridiculous reasons why he could not meet my price. I recommend this dealership. I also think the cars are worth their price. More

Issue with headlight I just stopped in the service center to have my headlight checked out. The service gentleman took a look at it right away and of course the issue was I just stopped in the service center to have my headlight checked out. I was very pleased with the car I purchased and the way I was treated. The atmosphere is upbeat and friendly and Matthew was awesome. He answered all of my questions, did not pressure me, was very patient and spent a lot of time with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I had looked at the Nissan Altima and Toyota Camry and kept coming back to the Mazda 6 Grand Touring. Definitely more bang for the buck compared to other sedans in it’s class. So if you haven’t looked at a Mazda, definitely stop in at Cory Fairbanks Mazda in Longwood and ask for Matt! More
