Saleman in the lot ignored me. I went inside the dealership and the receptionist never looked up from her cell where I watched her posting and scrolling on facebook. No salesperson approached me, the general manager was no where to be found. I walked the length of the lobby twice. Not so much as a hello. I walked out about 15 minutes later. If you want a great customer service experience, DO NOT GO HERE! More

I sent him an email the next day and still have not heard back. When you show interest in a purchase, you hear from them constantly. When you have an issue, radio silence. I rely on ratings often so wanted to take the time to write about my experience at Cory Fairbanks Mazda. While I have owned two Mazda vehicles that I love, I would not return to this dealership. Previously, if I had been told or overheard that someone had been ripped off at by a car dealership, I would have said "how could this happen?"But now I would say "I understand!" I had a 2015 Mazda CX-9 that I loved but found myself with a new job commuting 50-100 miles daily. So when I was contacted that Cory Fairbanks was looking to purchase CX-9's bc they were in high demand. I opted to go for a more fuel efficient vehicle. I shared my goals with the salesperson: better gas mileage, lower payment. I was told about an unlimited miles lease as long as I entered into a new lease or purchase. And it didn't even have to be with Mazda, no company would charge a mileage penalty with a new lease or purchase. Sounds to good to be true, right? But my salesperson, 2 managers, the finance person and even the woman who shows you had to work all the gadgets assured me that this was true. However it was not put in writing. I was also told that no incentives could be used toward the car, you could only lease at sticker price. So to make what is a very long story shorter. Almost a year in and 22,000 miles on my vehicle, my car is valued way (over 10 grand) below my loan amount and of 5 dealers (including 2 Mazda), only one said the mileage overage would be waived. But with this, the car's depreciation would have to be paid. And the other 4 just couldn't believe what I was saying! It seems that Cory Fairbanks has been through 4 general managers in just a couple of years. I understand why. Buyer beware. More

I did not feel pressured or have the feeling that they did not want to work with me. Every decision was met with a helpful suggestion! I felt relaxed with a process that is usually so stressful Jan, Beth, Ariel, Stan were some of the names of the people that helped me and made me feel at home , not only did I walk out with a beautiful brand new car I will also be bringing all my friends to this location from now on. This place is very recommended More

I was there from 10 until 8pm trying to make a deal that it should not have taken that long. I feel I was tricked and lied and the proof is that They never honor the true car and app information and played with the interest rate. It was not until I got home that I discover that Classic Mazda could have offered a better deal without the constant negotiation. So disappointed with the experience!!! More

When I returned for the service correction, I was given an additional quote of over $200 more dollars and assured that my Mazda auto would be ready the next day. I did not get my car back the next day nor was I even communicated with until 3 days later. In fact it was a week later before I could get my car back, and given more excuses than I care to mention. I was told that because of all of my troubles they would "top off my gas". Needless to say, their word was not even good enough to do that. More
