At least I got my car Overall I didn’t have a good experience with the dealership. I paid almost 13 thousand dollars for a car they said it would be 8 and it didn’t even co Overall I didn’t have a good experience with the dealership. I paid almost 13 thousand dollars for a car they said it would be 8 and it didn’t even come with floor mats. A day after getting the car it stalled and had to be towed... I was told by the sales man who sold me the car that he’d have everything ready for my loaner when I got there, when I got to the dealership the loaner dept had no idea what I was talking about and the actual sales man never came back out “he was with a customer”. About a week later I started getting calls from the dealership about me having to come back because there’s a paper they forgot to have me sign that would “lower my payments”. I explained to the person on the phone I’d try to make it but I get off late and it’s about a 45 minute drive to the dealership. He said come when I’m free he’d even pay for my gas. My schedule finally let me make it there about a week later..... I get there same thing, no one knows what I’m talking about. Eventually they find the paper, lower my payments 10 bucks. I didn’t know even mention the gas because at that point I was tired of being patronized. More
