I love the facility and the people here. Unfortunately my issue wasn’t fixed. I brought my CX30 in for a squeaking sound coming from the brake area when turning my steering wheel, and while Unfortunately my issue wasn’t fixed. This was my second time trying to get this issue fixed once with Toyota and now through Mazda. However I am hoping we can get this rectified so no more issues. More

Vehicle was brought in for a very specific service issue. Initial Service Advisor was given very specific instructions on the vehicle concern. The people and service are excellent but my old 2007 AC system has brought me back for a third service visit today. It's one of those intermittent problems that are hard to isolate. Regardless of the time or day, these folks are approachable and helpful. My service was past due, and I called on a Monday morning. They had an opening an hour later, which I was able to do. That was an oil change and tire rotation, plus tire inspection, etc. Kudos to Ray in Service, Kyle from Sales, and the new GM, Troy Mealey. Very attentive. Thanks to all the folks at this location.
