I did not receive the 20 percent discount on my recommended service for replacing my spark plugs in accordance with the email I received from Mazda. It was partially applied to my oil service. Disa recommended service for replacing my spark plugs in accordance with the email I received from Mazda. It was partially applied to my oil service. Disappointed and feel like I was deceived. My service representative was courteous and professional, but he stated thecdiscount was not applied due to policy implemented by a new service manager. But does not explain the clear email I had from Mazda for a full 20 percent discount. More
