Took vehicle in for oil change, was told I needed Bake Fluid replaced and other service items, had the other service items completed, but not the brake fluid as I had that service completed on the prior o Fluid replaced and other service items, had the other service items completed, but not the brake fluid as I had that service completed on the prior oil change.. Looks like padding bill with unneeded services! Wondering now if I really needed the other service items....Service Manage did not offer an explanation. Parts and Service Director sent email apologizing saying that is not how he does business, but provided no information on how recommending a brake fluid change 6 months after I already had one occurred or what steps he has taken to see it does not happen again. I replied to the email and accepted his apology but he has not replied back to the reason for the occurrence or how he might restore my trust and faith in his service department. Seems he does not care to restore my trust and faith in his department. Beware of recommended services, not part of original problem. More
