Christian was very helpful and friendly. I'm disappointed as I found food wrappers in my center console the next day. I purchased a new vehicle and expected the condition to mirror as such. I reached out to Christian and he offered to have it detailed AGAIN and fill my tank. I truly appreciate the rectification, but disappointed in overall lack to detail. This was the biggest car purchase I've ever made and it's slightly hindering any future purchases. I'd also recommend staffing more than 1 finance manager on Sundays. I had to wait 45 minutes to sign my paperwork. I realize others were ahead of me, but I find that a bit excessive. I was invited to a VIP buying experience, yet I walked away feeling like another patron based off comments mentioned above. More
