José Ramos is an amazing salesperson. He is a very honest and humble salesperson. This is the 2nd time I have dealt with him and have no regrets. He always has the car pulled in the front detailed looking nice and with a full tank before I arrive. He also goes above and beyond showing me the features of the CX-5 and making sure I’m all set up. Having looked at many vehicles over the last year, at many dealerships, I kept waiting for the right car and dealer. The wait was worth it. After not considering a Mazda for the last year, I was looking many dealerships, I kept waiting for the right car and dealer. The wait was worth it. After not considering a Mazda for the last year, I was looking again online and liked what I saw in the CX-5 2.5 S Carbon Edition. The data research before the visit showed impressive numbers for reliability and nice driving experience for this SUV class. The experience at the dealership went well with Andrew, despite a rain-soaked day. Test drive, negotiation, and signing all paperwork takes time but was not painful. I would rate it as pleasurable. I recommend Mazda North and Andrew. More
Absolutely horrible experience. My 2015 Mazda CX-9 was taken there for repairs due to a break in. My vehicle had 3" of water on the floorboards, water in the doors, seats soaked, wo My 2015 Mazda CX-9 was taken there for repairs due to a break in. My vehicle had 3" of water on the floorboards, water in the doors, seats soaked, wouldn't start, among other things. There were delays due to Christmas and New Year, and my insurance, however, once repairs were finally "completed", I went to check my vehicle as I was told it was complete, and it was not. The entire carpet had been replaced, yet it was wet in multiple places and the carpet had black residue coming off when I run my finger across it. The automatic window was not working. They ignition key cover was gone. My front seats smelled damp and moldy. Additionally, the items in my vehicle, such as the owners manual in the glove box, was covered in mold. I was obviously upset and brought it to the attention of the gentleman I had been working with, as well as the service manager. I was advised that they did not do mold remediation there, so they couldn't do anything about that. Then I was told they will complete the work properly and they would be in touch. They submitted an additional supplement to my insurance stating there were additional electrical problems all of a sudden, which resulted in my vehicle being a total loss. I was without my vehicle for nearly 2 months, which would have been less had the work been completed properly the first time or the "new issues" found. I absolutely do not recommend Sport Mazda North Service. Had I been naive and took them at their word upon my initial check, who knows the issues I would have now, resulting in, yet again, more time without a vehicle. More
