I was completely unprepared for such a major purchase and well, shocked, that my car was in such a state of disrepair. The car was serviced regularly and as the sole driver, it certainly was not abused. The cost of the repairs was way more than the 7-year old car was worth and I was a nervous wreck. I called Sport Hyundai at 3:00 in the afternoon, made an appointment for 6:00 pm the same day and drove home with tears of relief, a new car, and a new friend in Cathy O'Leary. She made the experience so enjoyable and well, fun. I can't thank her enough for everything she did to alleviate my worries. I am especially thankful that she didn't try to push me into something that I couldn't afford. She listened to my concerns and presented three very workable options; the choice was mine and I will happily return whenever the need arises. I will not hesitate to refer my friends and family to Sport Hyundai, especially Cathy O'Leary. More
