The sales rep looked and acted like someone from the Mafia, did not know anything about the car and was pushy. When I arrived at Sport Hyundai, the gentleman, Bob was friendly, informative, helpful, willing to go the extra mile, knew everything about the car and not pushy. He spent allot of time with me and I did not even buy a car that evening since I had to discuss it with my husband. I came back the next day a was greeted again by Bob who helped me purchase the care. More
