Dealt with them for two vehicles leased at the same time in 2020. The staff and management are rude and obnoxious. We have a signed lease residual for end of lease and they are charging 1800 dollars (not in 2020. The staff and management are rude and obnoxious. And they said “we are for profit business go somewhere else if you don’t like it” Finance guys yelled at me to get out if I don’t like it. Hyundai corporate told me they should not be charging additional fees on top of the contracted residual value and to submit a complaint. Which I am doing. FISHY BUSINESS. BEWARE. He answered our questions and moved several vehicles so that we could test drive the one we were interested in. Finding ourselves happy with our choice, we decided to sit down with Jimmy to work out a deal. While Jimmy was arranging for the Santa Fe to be prepared for delivery, my wife noticed the same model in Lava Orange on their website that we didn’t see on the lot. We asked if it was available and Jimmy went and found it for us. We both really loved the color and Jimmy changed the paperwork and the purchase was made.
