He calls me and starts sprouting off numbers which equates to an OTD price the numbers for a 2019 Honda Accord EX were good.. maybe a little too good. I asked him if he can send me these numbers in writing. Primarily, because I was driving and from all the years I purchased new cars, I learned if the price is too good to be true then it probably is. He refused to put it in writing saying that he was afraid I would take it to a competitor and get a lower rate.. well that was it, I just said thank you and hung up. Fast forward to today, I put in pricing for a Honda CRV. Again, it went to him and he calls me and once again starts sprouting off numbers. And tells me this is the one and best price he can do and can’t go any lower But this time, Criswell and Ourisman Honda had better prices to start. So I stopped him and told him “thanks but no thanks” as other dealerships gave me better pricing. He then asks if I mind sharing the price quote with him I got from the other dealerships I told him “yes I do mind because you already told me you wouldn’t go lower and I think it’s hypocritical for you not to want to send me numbers in writing but then ask me to send you a dealer’s quote, especially if you aren’t intending on matching it” he then says me giving him the price quote will ensure I get the lowest price, a price he already said he wouldn’t meet so it really becomes none of his business. Then to make matters worse, he has the nerves to ask me if I am confused because I sound it.. no, I’m not confused... but he is in fact a jerk... don’t give your business to these people... More

Coincidentally, I also drove the car the day before dropping it off and and heard a whining noise up front. My mechanic found that the noise was in the transmission and that the car had a leaky head gasket. I immediately dropped the car off at Sports Honda. They agreed to fix the transmission, but refused to fix the leaking head gasket saying it was a seep, not a leak! I've now dropped the car off at my mechanic to have the head gasket done and will never again visit Sports Honda who's motto should be, "Who needs repeat business!" More

Since Daniel moved to this new HONDA dealership, after a few day comparison bet Corolla and CIVIC, I made my decision to switch from TOYOTA to HONDA CIVIC model. Thank you, DANIEL. Eventually, I had a good trade-in value on my 2011 Corolla and a great redesigned '16 Honda Civic LX, which beats Corolla definitely by its performance and MPG.
