I used sport for service to my 2008 accord over the years when I worked in that area, and was always happy with everyone that handled the servicing of my car. Worst experience ever trying to by a used car! Dealer agreed to terms of my offer and then kept me waiting while they negotiated a better deal on the same car with another customer. Their computer systems are ancient so I feel extremely vulnerable that my info will be breached. The process was smooth, though maybe took a bit longer than desirable -- over 4 hours. But I think that had a lot to do with staffing restrictions in the face of COVID-19 and some was a delay in my dealing with my insurance company. So while I won't down-grade Sport Honda for this, I'll caution all buyers to be prepared to spend more time than you expect or perhaps do what you can to encourage them to do more of the steps concurrently and help get you out the door.
