Avoid this place if you can. They overcharge you and offer extra services. A guy overcharged me for air filter. He charged me $114 (without taxes) for just air filter when the cost of it just $8. I Purchase a vehicle November 2020 from Honda Sport in silver Spring MD. the second day I had the car i notice vibration coming from the front of the car I called the sales person and he told me bring the silver Spring MD. the second day I had the car i notice vibration coming from the front of the car I called the sales person and he told me bring the car back so it can be checked. I live an hour away so i took the commute only to be told that the vibration was "normal" i told him i would take the car to another dealership for a second opinion he then said it would be a waste of money because the car was inspected and checked before it was sold. He assured me the car was in good condition and if i had any issues I could bring it back because it was still under the manufacturer warranty... it's now January not even full two months of having the car and I'm now sitting in a repair shop with a very expensive bill...thanks to the lies i was told for a quick sale. Turns out the car is no longer covered under the manufacturer warranty it expired last year. so i was lied to by both the sale and financial advisor because they both told me I had 4 years left under the manufacturer warranty..and the shaking i was told was normal was due to bad front and back brakes, rotors and two bad front wheel barriers, so again i was lied to about the car being in good condition and inspected . I am now stuck with a car I've only had less than 2 month with repairs needed and no warranty....This is very frustrating. More
