Recommended, but only because they make the process of buying a used car go smoothly. However their prices are very high, $9499 for a ten-year-old 2011 Kia Soul. Four hundred ninety-nine dollars of that i buying a used car go smoothly. However their prices are very high, $9499 for a ten-year-old 2011 Kia Soul. Four hundred ninety-nine dollars of that is one dollar less than the maximum legal limit for "processing fee." I pointed out that the brakes, although functional, were making extra noise. They took a look at it and the verdict was that "somebody" had installed aftermarket brake pads. They did not mention that they cut off the locking lug nuts and installed one chrome lug nut per wheel, that didn't match the OEM ones. I had spent money ordering a wheel lock key from McGard, according to documentation in the glove compartment. They claim their high prices are due to having mechanics go over the car thoroughly. However I found many small details, like the battery terminal cover not pressed down into position. They have an outside specialist do the Maryland Inspection, and I believe that standard is the only real standard for inspecting used cars, especially non-Honda ones. More
