This was our first Volkswagen that we had ever bought. We had one of the best experiences in buying a car when we bought our new Jetta. We traded in a 2009 GMC truck that we were very upside down in. Deciding to buy a new car started with "Janel" in the Service Dept. I routinely bring my 2001 bug there for service and Janel is absolutely fantastic! The last time I went for service she mentioned a new car -mainly the Fender...Beautiful car!. At the time I was considering but not definite. Janel told me a lot about the car and my interest began. On Friday July 5, 2013, I went to the dealership and met a salesman named "Devon Gralion". -Love Devon! He came right out when he saw me and answered questions I had. Devon had Excellent Customer Service! Great personality and enjoyable to speak with. We took the 2013 Beetle for a ride. Great car/loved it in the black color as that is what I was interested in. I was just unsure if I wanted a gas or diesel. I was also interested in the TDI but the car was white and would need to order in black. Devon kept telling me that I would love the white one and fall in love with it...He truly was a blast to talk with. He is definitely your front door kind of guy to meet customers first time!. I decided to think about it and get back to him. The next day, Saturday, July 6, 2013, I went back and asked for Devon and my husband and I signed out the white Beetle TDI.I fell in love with the car. Once I drove it there was no going back. I had been debating between the Ford Mustang, Chevy Camaro, Jeep Wrangler, Hyundai Genesis and the VW Beetle. Hands down I bought the Beetle TDI!.It's a great car!!! Devon was right! Should have listened to him . Afterwards we went inside and met Sales Mgr. "Pete Brennan". A very nice man with Excellent Customer Service!. Then, I met the Finance Mgr. "Matthew James". He was a very sweet man with Excellent Customer Service! He explained a lot about the Beetle to me. I really enjoyed talking to him-extremely knowledgeable! Finally, I met Sales consultant "Matthew Carey". He explained the entire inside dashboard. He set up my phone, explained everything in detail-didn't miss a beat!.-He had Excellent Customer Service! I would like to add that all the professional people with Excellent Customer Service that I met, all offered their numbers should I ever need it for anything! Wow-very impressive....above and beyond the normal "dealership number" if needed. I would only deal with Volkswagen!!! Then Monday, July 8, 2013, I brought the car up to balance a tire -vibration. While waiting in the lounge area a very nice salesman named "Gregg Wright" came over and we spoke for awhile. He was so very nice and again Excellent Customer Service-if I needed anything. Volkswagen topped all the other dealers I have dealt with this past two weeks. I will close by saying that the United States may have lost their AAA rating but Volkswagen definitely has it!
