Ethan was extremely helpful with getting my first oil change. With the oil change, they gave me a complimentary car wash. He gave an estimated completion time, which I think was quicker than his estimate change. With the oil change, they gave me a complimentary car wash. I didn't time it, but it was quick and in line with other places I've gotten oil changes and service with my other (different make) vehicle. Everything went well - no problems or surprises. The waiting area was good, with satellite TV available for watching, along with magazines and drink/snack machines. Ethan met me as I drove up and I didn't have to search around for whoever it would be that I would need to deal with. I got to speak with other employees at Sport Durst that I dealt with before, and they were quite friendly, just like other visits. I've given another review of this dealership here before, with all good marks. I give Sport Durst very high marks again in this review. More

Monica was great at helping me learn about options for warped rotors in Mazda5 - previous garage had indicated that they could not be re-surfaced and needed to be replaced.
