Stopped to see why check the tires and found out that I had two different brand names on the back and the front. Three tires that had been stolen and one tire had a bubble in the tire. I had to replace all tires. Neither of the gentlemen were helpful, but to take advantage of a women is awful. Instead of returning my car after the oil change was done, the Tech went to lunch which took longer than it should have. More

After determining the car was still safe to drive continued on to Durham. I arrived at the service dept. at 8:00 am on a busy Sat. without an appt. Mr Dula and his staff was very courteous and efficient. Within 2 hours the noise was fixed and I was on my way. The service was excellent. More

He was very friendly and did everything he could to get me in a vehicle of my choosing. He spent a lot of time trying to please me, as I am a hard woman to please! He is an excellent salesman and I will recommend him to anyone I know who wants or needs a good automobile. ?? More
I didn't realize until after I got home that the Original price of the car was different than what I signed for. I was charged over sticker price which made my payments so high even with a discount Original price of the car was different than what I signed for. I was charged over sticker price which made my payments so high even with a discount. I should have caught it myself, but now I am stuck with no other option. I would not recommend any of my firends and especially my family members to come to Sport Durst More

I dropped in for a check on front end vibration. I cannot remember the names, but I was treated extremely well by both the lady who did the paperwork and the mechanic who did the work! The latter was cannot remember the names, but I was treated extremely well by both the lady who did the paperwork and the mechanic who did the work! The latter was very friendly and professional, explaining everything he found and did in a very thorough manner! My only recommendation for improvement, in the midst of your remodelling, is to clear the entrance to your service door! It was blocked by cars facing out during the two hours I was there! There is an overall appearance of chaos in the dealership due to the disorderly parking, which should not be that hard to correct. More

I rode away in a 2013 Red Veloster. I am very happy with my new car. I recommend Sport Durst to anyone who wants a new or used car. More
A little over a year ago my husband and I bought our first Hyundai from Ricky Coplin at Sports Durst. He made us feel so comfortable with the whole process and i loved the Sonata that we bought,so when first Hyundai from Ricky Coplin at Sports Durst. He made us feel so comfortable with the whole process and i loved the Sonata that we bought,so when i decided that i wanted a smaller car we naturally went back to see Ricky. I decided that i wanted a 2013 Veloster Turbo. Ricky and Misha worked diligently to make our trade as easy as possible. I am so happy with my car. A couple of weeks ago my husband and i went on our first vacation on my new Veloster. We went for a long weekend at the beach and headed home on Sunday. We were coming from Carolina Beach and only made it as far as a small town close to Jacksonville,NC. The light came on and my car was overheating. We pull off at the first exit we saw and into a little store and gas station. The first thing we did was call Ricky Coplin and and he told us exactly what to do so we called Road Side Assistance. They sent a wrecker to get us and we headed to the Hyundai dealership in Jacksonville. We were not to happy when we reached there and the dealership was closed. They are only open Monday thru Friday there which was a big surprise to us since Sports Durst Hyundai is open all the time. So I called Ricky again and he told me that i had to leave my keys in the drop box and they would contact me the first thing on Monday morning. We just happen to have very good friends who live in Jacksonville ( who by the way just bought a 2013 Sonata after seeing mine, bought theirs in Goldsboro) that came and picked us up for the night. Anyway it was a very upsetting week for me to have to leave my car in Jacksonville and come home. My car ended up having a small hole in the radiator. The reason im writing this is because it would have been a disaster if it hadnt been for the extra mile that James Juarez, Ricky Coplin, and Chuck Termper went to to take care of us through the whole thing. They even went to Jacksonville and picked my car up when the repairs were finished. I cannot praised enough these group of men and the dealership as a whole on their excellent customer service and knowing they truely care about us.In a world where customer service is what sets you apart from everyone else this dealership is top knotch. Thank you Sports Durst! Sincerely from The Blankenships. More
Allow me to start this by saying......I purchased a used vehicle on 2-28-2013. It came with a "100% parts and labor" warranty. im continue by saying that the service I was provided by this group is total vehicle on 2-28-2013. It came with a "100% parts and labor" warranty. im continue by saying that the service I was provided by this group is totally unacceptable. Please read the rest of this before realizing what you may be getting into I found 3 problems with my car, following the purchase. 1st off the power liftgate wasn't working.2nd the Microsoft sync was not responding, I asked about that at the dealership, and was told it probably needed a software update. 3rd the radio/climate controls stops working sometimes. I made multiple calls to the dealership over several days, (10 to be exact) I got no responses. I finally called the guy who sold me the car.....no response. the next day I called again. no response. then called the Operations director, I got a response pretty fast from him. at the same time I spoke with the salesman, who then scheduled me a service 6 days later. in that time I decided to take my car to my local Ford dealer and get the 2nd key made, which they refused to have made for me, and get the problems diagnosed. That Ford Dealer advised they could fix it all in about 2 days, no problems. when I took my car in for repair, they had someone look at it and advised they needed to send it out to their preferred Ford dealer for advising them on repairs. so that happened. I drove home a loaner car. I then called every day checking on my car like clock work. every day I was told the same thing, "your car is at University Ford being looked at, and we haven't heard anything yet. " this same thing was told to me every day from March 21st - 28th, when I personally drove after hours to look in their lot, and see if my car was there. GUESS what I FOUND on the night of the 28th????? MY CAR.....that had not been moved since I dropped it off. no mechanic matts in the floor.....it had appeared to not been touched. I was absolutely angry at that point. I sent an email to the Operations director that night, expressing that I was very unhappy about this. He replied to me the next morning, stating that the service had to be scheduled, and that everything is being done to put me back into my car. Well it did go the day of the 29th, and was returned, unrepaired. for the next week or so, I called everyday, just like clockwork checking on my car. I was told every day the same thing as before. University ford has the car, and they are waiting on the parts, so my car could be repaired. Now.....this has all been a month or so...I finally fed up....started making calls. University ford looked at my car on the 29th of March, and sent it back unrepaired, they had not seen the car since. my car mysteriously shows up on Saturday April 6th after hours at County Ford in Graham NC.. I know most of them there personally. I had already taken the car there before to be diagnosed. Now......if my car is supposed to be at university ford in Chapel Hill......waiting on parts.....how did it end up there? the service dept found the Keys in the drop box Monday morning so I am told by them. I received a phone call from county ford advising me of the repairs that Sport durst approved and the others they did not approve. I then attempted several times throughout the day in making contact with them in regards to the declines of repairs. No such luck. I received a call when Sport Durst personnel picked up my car, which is only about 2 miles from my home. I jumped in the car and caught up with them on the interstate. I followed them to Sport Durst dealership and waited for the call about my car. I waited only a few minutes and picked up my car with only one of the items repaired. I expressed my HUGE disappointment to the service staff in the office. After all of this......I have sent out several emails to concerning persons at Sport Durst group, and have heard nothing in return. I even gave them an ample amount of time to authorize County Ford to finish repairing my vehicle under the 100% parts and labor package my vehicle came with. In my emails I made it perfectly clear that I was unhappy with this entire venture, and have heard nothing in return. I could have been happy with just getting my car repaired like it was supposed to be. Like the salesman told me it would be. Like the operations director told me it would be. But now 6 weeks later.....Im a completely unsatisfied customer. So....buyer beware.....watch out for the "rope a dope"......they got me. I know this deal could have gone so much better. I feel like I have been SPIT on by this dealerships service. Maybe I need a lawyer to help me. CALL ME.....THIS CAN CHANGE Les Willoughby More
