We had visited several dealerships closer to home, without success. When we found our dream vehicle on the Sport Durst website, we felt very apprehensive. Internet listings often seem to be the bait for high-pressured tactics. However, Sport Durst has a great team to assist website queries. They were prompt to contact us, but did not use any of those dreadful pressure tactics. Appeased, we made an appointment to see the vehicle in person. Sport Durst is over an hour from our home, and we have a very tight schedule. Ricky Copelin met us at the door, and understood our limited time. He quickly led us to the vehicle. When we decided to test-drive it, he did not hover over us. We were able to examine the vehicle at our leisure. He is very personable, and has no need of the high-pressure tactics that many other salesmen use (to their detriment). He showed concern for our time and our interests. Ricky treated us as if we were purchasing a luxury vehicle, even though we were interested in only a used vehicle. Further, he helped us avoid unnecessary fees. Ricky Copelin is our first choice for future vehicle purchases. Our vehicle is of a different make than the dealership usually sells. Before we drove our new purchase away, Elizabeth Parson, our delivery coordinator, made certain that we understood the various features of our vehicle. Obviously, she had to take the time to acquaint herself with those features before we met with her. Sport Durst has a welcoming and caring atmosphere in every department. We are thankful for our experience, and recommend this dealership as the first consideration for other customers. More

On 12-10-12 I walked into the building closest to the vacant furniture store and spoke with Jon. When I explained about my friend referring me to the dealership, he immediately looked up who sold her her vacant furniture store and spoke with Jon. When he found out it was Dennis Cheek, he called Dennis, who walked over and escorted me back to his building across the street. Dennis quickly picked up where Jon left off, and soon had me test driving my new car! When it was finally decided I was going to be the new owner of a Mazda 3 6 speed, he sent me to Mesha. She was awesome, even if she did cause my monthly payment to go up a bit. But, that was only because she was doing such a wonderful job explaining all my options to me. I can't thank her enough for doing so! Finally, I got to see the "good guy", Chuck. He was outside Mesha's office waiting for me. He explained how happy I will be with my new Mazda. He went so far as to tell me Ethan would take good care of my vehicle every time I needed it to be serviced. He went over the small version of books with me, and finally walked me out to my car (which came from being "stat" cleaned and washed, THANK YOU!) and set up the blue tooth for me. I am truely grateful for the wonderful service each and every person provided me. I even enjoyed will back behind the wall from Dennis, he was commical! And Trey has fantastic taste in music :) The whole experience was incredible and I will definately be on the lookout for sending people your way!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH. More
