I wanted to get a good deal on a new or used car without all the run around. My brother got his car from here so I went with the sales person he worked with also. I got my car at night so the stains in the all the run around. My brother got his car from here so I went with the sales person he worked with also. I got my car at night so the stains in the seat, I did notice but was told this would be fixed before I picked my car up. I noticed when picking this up, the stains were still visible and noticed many more when I pulled the seat belts out. With this said, I brought this again to the sales person’s attention and was told I have to get the seats dyed in order for the stains to be removed by the service department. I explained I did not buy a car for this, and there should be something you all can do. Instead of complaining so much, I asked for some car mats for the car. I know Chevy Malibu mats are not sold but was told by my sales person he would purchase these for me since it’s been a confusion with the rebate checks and since he received other business from me, my other brother came back to purchase a new car. This made him 3 sales and he was very quick to call to reach any of my brothers but now he cannot return any calls and his word does not mean jack now because he got his sale. Please be aware when going to this dealer. Speaking with others, they have driven off the lot and needed major work done to new cars. Sales man will do what he needs to get this sale More
I recently purchased a 2012 Mazda 3 from Sport Durst Mazda and, overall, I had an extremely gratifying experience. The sales associate that I worked with, Joe McKenna, was friendly, thoughtful, and ent Mazda and, overall, I had an extremely gratifying experience. The sales associate that I worked with, Joe McKenna, was friendly, thoughtful, and enthusiastic about the products that he sells. There were a couple of makes of automobile that I was interested in and Joe was more than willing to invest the time it took to get me to a place where I was not just comfortable with my decision and purchase, but excited as well. He and Trey Reeves spent more than one evening sitting down with me and addressing a multitude of questions and concerns that I had and not once did I feel pressured to make a decision--both were extremely patient and seemed more interested in making me comfortable than selling a car. They also went out of there way to secure the exact car that I wanted which I appreciated. On the day my car arrived I worked with Elizabeth Parson in Delivery. She was also extremely friendly and fluent in all of the functions of the car. In previous car buying experiences I've often felt not just pressured, but disrespected and treated like just another possible sale. My experience at Sport Durst was antithetical to these previous experiences. More
We came in on Saturday to just get information on buying a new car, but once we got in and started talking to Joe he was so friendly and made us feel at home and in top of that he worked really hard to get a new car, but once we got in and started talking to Joe he was so friendly and made us feel at home and in top of that he worked really hard to get us Approved with $0 down it was a really hard offer to turn down. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help us walk out with the car we wanted. It was definitely a memorable experience! More

I did not intend to buy on the day that I stopped by the dealership but metely to browse. Tim was the first person to greet me and although I told him that I was just looking, he extended me every courtesy dealership but metely to browse. Tim was the first person to greet me and although I told him that I was just looking, he extended me every courtesy and showed me, I think, every Mazda3 five door on the lot. I have purchased two cars previously from your dealership and have always been pleased with the purchase and the service department. Tim was very patient and answered all of my questions. We finally found just the car that I wanted and I decided to buy it that very day. Tim really went the extra mile to get me into my new car right away. He is an outstanding employee and Sport Durst should value him. I am very pleased with my new car and am looking forward to many years of enjoyment driving it and will be back to have it serviced.
