This was my first brand new car buying experience and I have to say that Ricky is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Ricky was concerned about my wants and needs. my first NEW car was a Hyundai Sonata (2009) which I purchased from Sport Durst. When I decided to purchase another car, I went straight to Sport Durst because I was so happy with everything about my 20 purchased from Sport Durst. When I decided to purchase another car, I went straight to Sport Durst because I was so happy with everything about my 2009, including the friendliness, knowledge and efficiency of your service department.At first arrival, I was greeted by Michael Silberman. He immediately put me at ease(buying a new car at my age can be rather daunting!). I told him what I was looking for(another Sonata) and he commenced to inform me about all the new features while showing me the car. Michael is by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with...knowledgeable, no high pressure tactics, patient and courteous.He made my decision easy. I also worked with Chuck Tremper who took great pains to explain all the whistles and bells on my new Sonata. They both prepared the car so all I had to do was drive off the lot. MY HUSBAND AND I WAS JUST WINDOW SHOPPING FOR A NEW CAR, WHEN WE PULLED UP INTO THE LOT THERE WAS FOUR MEN STANDING IN FRONT OF DEALERSHIP OUT THE FOUR MEN ONE YOUNG GENTLEMAN SPOKE TO MY HUSBAND HIS NAME W WHEN WE PULLED UP INTO THE LOT THERE WAS FOUR MEN STANDING IN FRONT OF DEALERSHIP OUT THE FOUR MEN ONE YOUNG GENTLEMAN SPOKE TO MY HUSBAND HIS NAME WAS NICHOLAS DOZIER IF HE HAD NOT SPOKE I WAS NOT GOING TO LOOK AT ANYTHING AND IF I DID I WOULD HAVE WENT ON THE INSIDE AND FOUND SOMEONE BUT IT WAS NICHOLAS DOZIER WHO SPOKE AND HAD THE BEST PERSONALLY EVER HE ASKED US WHAT WE WAS LOOKING FOR ,HOW MUCH WE WANTED TO PAY ON CAR NOTE MR. DOZIER WAS RUNNING ALL OVER THAT LOT SHOW US CARS AND TELLING US ABOUT THE CAR HE ASKED IF HE COULD DO A CREDIT CHECK TO SEE WHAT WE CAN BE PUT IN , WE END UP ON THE USE CAR LOT IS WHERE WE WANTED HE FOUND ALL THE CARS THAT WE QUALITY FOR HE WENT INSIDE THE MADZA SIDED AND HAD A SALES MANAGER INFORM MR DOZIER TO ALLOW TO PICK OUT THE CARS WE LIKE TEST DRIVE THEM AND HE WOULD GO FORM THERE WE TEST DROVE THREE CARS AND NARROW IT TO TWO A 2012 HYUNDAI ELANTRA AND A FORD FUSION 2011. WHEN WE LEFT THE CAR DEALERSHIP WE HAD DECIDED ON THE FORD FUSION , MR DOZIER CALLED MY HUSBAND AND ASKED HIM IF HE WAS COMFORTABLE WITH HIS CHOICE HE DECIDED HE WANTED TO CHANGE CARS HE WANTED ME TO HAVE THE 2012 HYUNDAI WE WAS APPROVED WE HAD TO MAKE DOWN PAYMENT IN TWO PAYMENT THAT WHEN WE MET FRED WHO ASKED WAS WE COMFORTABLE WITH THE PAYMENTS THE CAR AND ARRANGED FOR US TO MAKE ONE PAYMENT THAT GENTLEMAN WITH THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BOWTIE I EVER SEEN WAS DAVID DOWDY VERY PLEASANT, DAVID WANTS YOU TO KEEP YOUR CAR HE MADE SURE WE WAS OK WITH THE PAYMENT WHICH I LOVED HE WASNT TRYING TO FINANCE THIS CAR FOR MONEY HE WANTED US TO WANT TO COME BACK AND PURCHASE ANOTHER CAR... AFTER ALL THE PAPERWORK WAS DONE AND THE CAR WAS MINES WE MET JORDAN GIBBS SHE TOLD US ALL ABOUT THE CAR AND ABOUT GETTING OUR GAS CHANGED AT SPORTS DURST PAY FOR ONE GET TWO FREE WHERE THEY DO THAT AT!! SPORTS DURST THIS HAVE BEEN THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WHEN PURCHASING A NEW USED CAR .... LOVE US GUYS.. My experience at Sports Durst was high quality from start to finish. Terry was very down-to-earth, non-pushy, and worked with us throughout the process. Buying my new Elantra at Sports Durst was overall a very positive experience. Ray was a pleasant and responsive salesperson. Blaine was very helpful and worked to make the finance part of the deal go as quickly and smoothly as possible. My only gripe (and it was very, very irritating) was that we waited about 2 hours to finalize the deal in finance. This is the second car we bought from Sports Durst and our finance experience was just as horrible the first time. More

Well lets just say my experience started out rocky....dealing with Phillip for about 4 days via email, I had already test driven the car I wanted and narrowed down the Santa Fe. On the last day, I was forwarded to Kristen Poole who informed me Phillip had been quoting the wrong car and it would be about $700 higher then he quoted me. That just didnt sit well with me since when you give a price quote you honor that no matter what, which is what I told her. Fast forward to the next morning I was then forwarded to Terry McCoy who assured me he would take care of me. He was able to honor the rate I was quoted, although when I got to the dealer they tried to give me the increased rate on the sales quote...again I insisted no, didnt really sit well with me since you should probably have your ducks in a row after the problems I had had. I am going to chalk it up to an honest mistake, there was a lot of communication going on. Terry was very nice and professional, which honestly is the only reason I decided to buy with them. The finance guy Alex, was terrible...very bad attitude and cocky as can be. Probably the best person I delt with was Chuck the customer service guy...what a awesome personality and just helpful as he could be! If I were to be honest, I probably wouldnt buy from them again after all the time it took and frustration, but I can say Terry and Chuck were the best to deal with. More

He was the nicest, most professional and honest guy we have dealt with ANYWHERE! His customer service went above and beyond what we expected. We expected him to be like everyone else and cram the car we test drove down our throats trying to make a sale rather than making us comfortable and happy with our purchase. He not only made us feel comfortable, but he answered ALL our questions and made us feel like he was more into what we were looking for rather than the sale. We didn't have any pressure at all with him in fact we felt good about getting a car from him even though we had just purchased a 2011 Toyota Yaris the day before from Auction Direct USA. Thankfully, we had two days to return it if we changed our mind. And after meeting with Terry and hearing what he could offer us for our money, we ended up returning the Toyota Yaris to Auction Direct USA the same day we met with Terry and he sold us a brand new car with better mileage. I want to point out that we weren't going to look into another car after we left Auction Direct, because we were happy with the Toyota and it was fairly new. It wasn't until my brother called and suggested we go the next day and try out Hyundai for their cars, to see what we could get for our money since we could return the Toyota anytime within 2 days, and I thought 'Well it wouldn't hurt and if we don't find anything or if they are too pushy, we can just leave and we would still have a new car. Just not from them.' We wouldn't lose anything at all. And that's the attitude my husband and I had going into Hyundai April 28th, 2013. But Terry changed that, and my husband and I are very excited to be the owners of a brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra. And thanks to Terry, we are highly recommending this dealership to our co-workers at Walgreens and our friends. And my brother, after we brought home our new car, ended up going in himself because we were SO happy with our purchase, and bought a brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra himself! More
Honestly, I went through the "Automotive Gauntlet" going from Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet and Honda. Couldn't seem to right the right price, warranty and vehicle. Even had a dealership hold my keys "ransom"; when I mentioned I was ready to leave, twice they left and came back with a better offer, but I wasn't impressed. When I first met Terry McCoy, he was honest, trustworthy and very friendly. Besides his great personality, never once did he try to pressure or push, even when it took me a couple years to officially purchase a vehicle. He simply gave me my options, answered all my questions but left the decision to me. Even allowed me to use his computer to verify appraisals and offers on vehicles, as I know a lot about vehicles as a hobby. But, because he stayed honest and allowed the vehicle(s) to speak for itself, I felt very comfortable and recommended my sister, Kimberly Thomas, to purchase from him, as she had gotten into an accident and purchased a Yaris from another dealership. Mr. McCoy got her into an Elantra and she absolutely loves it! As of today I have purchased 2 vehicles from Mr. McCoy and when I'm in the market for another vehicle, Sport Durst and Terry McCoy will be the first place I go to. My sister and I are already pressuring the rest of the family to stop by and Speak with him! Also Miss Mesha in Finance is also another great employee of Sport Durst. Besides being very sweet and friendly, She was very straightforward and honest and gave no pressure as to what I should do, but made recommendations and made me feel very comfortable and in great hands at Sport Durst!
