My fiancee and I actually went to the dealer ship to get the oil changed in my car. Lo and behold, we drove off the lot with a brand new car. Ricky Copelin was extremely nice. I say this without sucking up to anybody or because I feel anyway obligated but the experience was amazing. Out of all the car dealerships I had been to, Sport Durst (Mazda Hyundai) provided the most cou feel anyway obligated but the experience was amazing. Out of all the car dealerships I had been to, Sport Durst (Mazda Hyundai) provided the most courteous services. The people I worked with during my visit: Adam Button - sales associate who provides exceptional service. Aside from your typical questions answered, he went a step further. Although it may not be anything to anyone but simple thing like providing something to drink and continuous refill without you having to get up. I deal with people everyday too, but it was very easy to say that the service was done not because he was obligated in anyway but because he knew a customer should be treated like one and sure didn't mind providing such service. He made sure he was servicing you, the customer, and not the other way around as many companies do. Very down to earth friendly person. David Dowdy - anyone who works in the finance department all day deserves to be grouchy or moody but David showed no signs of that in anyway. Most finance departments get right down to business and attempt to complete all paperwork as fast as possible but he made sure all questions that a customer might have was answered before getting to the paperworks. Finally Jordan Gibbs - a very beautiful young lady who delivers the final product to you and explains the basics of the dashboard/operations components in the car. Although it was for a short time, she didn't seem to know how to stop smiling. And I'm not talking about "forceful" smiling. It was a genuine smile. None of these people made me feel like I chose the wrong place or gave me any negative vibe where they came out because they were obligated to do their job. I would most definitely, highly recommend Sport Durst, especially these people. Too bad there aren't too many like these around. When they advertise with the slogan "where you come first", these people defined that meaning. If you are a young woman and intimidated by the car buying process I would highly recommend seeing Carole, she made me feel very comfortable. I just took delivery of my new Veloster Turbo today and couldn't be happier. The vehicle I wanted (automatic with ultimate package) is apparently a rare bird -- I know this to be true and not just a "line couldn't be happier. Everyone with whom I dealt in making this purchase was helpful, cooperative, and efficient; and even staff members who weren't really involved with my purchase treated me like a friend whenever I came around.
