Strong experience at Sport Durst Hyundai I found my experience at this dealership to be very pleasant. The employees I worked with were very patient and understanding with my needs, and worke I found my experience at this dealership to be very pleasant. The employees I worked with were very patient and understanding with my needs, and worked hard to help me find a deal I could afford on a car right on the edges of my budget range. There was also a level of honesty at this dealership uncommon to what you would expect buying a car. I would recommend a visit for anyone looking for a new, yet affordable, car. More

Sales Manager needs to take customer relations classes If I could give them NO STARS I would. The worst customer service form a Sales Manager from any dealership I've ever been to. I am a retired Marine an If I could give them NO STARS I would. The worst customer service form a Sales Manager from any dealership I've ever been to. I am a retired Marine and this dealership in customer relations has to be the worst I've ever seen. It happened on Saturday, January 24th at 1330. My son was working with a gentleman by the name of Charles Pettiford on purchasing a truck, we went into the dealership and the first thing we told the dealership is that my son had no credit an and we wanted to know if he could purchase without a co-signer. Of coarse the answer was no problem. We kept asking for a price and of coarse they would not give one but they were very eager to let him test drive it and get his hopes real high. They even asked if he was going to put any money down and he said $1000 or 1500.00. My son is 21 and never had a credit card or any other credit. Well when it was all said and done, they ran his credit and my son had a medical bill from an ambulance ride for $500 and some change that he did not even now about. I know that these dealerships work with more than one bank, They DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO with other banks. The sales manager, GARY PATTERSON, IS A JOKE. I wonder if the owner David "Sport" Durst knows what kind of service managers he has working for him and how much money he is loosing for having them there because if he did it to us, then he has done it before to someone else. I will tell everyone I know, especially the Military personnel to never go and see this dealership because you might run into this Service manager. He sat behind his desk instead of talking to us to let us know what was wrong and he had a real bad attitude like he didn't want to be at work that day. More

My wife and I just picked up our new 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Our Salesman Jack Holt walked us through the entire order process. He continually updated us with information from the factory and even though it took five weeks to get here we could not be happier. A really good salesman Ricky Copelin was the main person we dealt with, and Luke Norman was, I think, the sales manager. Ricky is very low-key and very knowledgeable. And if Ricky Copelin was the main person we dealt with, and Luke Norman was, I think, the sales manager. Ricky is very low-key and very knowledgeable. And if he doesn't know the answer to a question, he sure knows where to find it. I described to Ricky the kind of car we were interested in, and he produced a Hyundai Santa Fe. It was the first car I looked at and we bought it after looking perfunctorily at a similar SUV elsewhere. Ricky never pushed us, never rushed us, and never kept us waiting more than a very few minutes. When the time came to show us all the gizmos on the car, he did a thorough and unhurried job and stressed that he would be available if we had further questions. Luke, a much younger man, was more energetic and businesslike but also very friendly. This was the third car we've bought from this dealership and we were surprised at how many people remembered us from our previous experience and welcomed us back warmly. We had our previous Hyundai, an Elentra, serviced exclusively at the dealership. We've been very satisfied with the service and the prices. And the people are friendly and knowledgeable. So overall dealing with the Sport Durst people has been very satisfying and we recommend them without hesitation and with enthusiasm. More
