Great experience; highly recommended; Ricky is the best My wife and I had been shopping around for a new car for a while, and after narrowing down potential cars, we started visiting dealerships. At Sport Durst, we had the great pleasure of working with Ricky Copelin. Ricky is one of the best, if not THE best, sales men we have ever dealt with. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a car, but also to get to know us personally to get an even better idea of what it really is we are looking. After an informative conversation, we determined that the 2015 Hyundai Elantra would be the perfect car for us. Ricky offered to have me test-drive the car (my wife wasn't with me during the first visit), and during this drive he pointed out the many features of the car--it was clear that he is very knowledgable, and his knowledge paired with his great personality made for a wonderful experience. After the test drive I expected the "business sharking" to begin, since I knew from previous car buying experiences that sales people want to get you to sign right away, and ideally on a car that has way more features than one needs. Not with Ricky. He showed once again that he actually listened to me, and drew up an offer that reflected our wishes and financial budget. Since my wife was out of town, he offered to have us back, so she can test drive the car, too. Between the first and the second visit, he only called me once to briefly follow up, which I found very pleasant, since I did not feel pressured at all. During our second visit, we decided to buy the car, and Ricky was great in getting all the paper work drawn up, again without trying to up-sell us. When "handing over" the car to us, he walked us again through all the features, and explained all the handbooks to us. What I found very impressive was the fact that he actually focused on safety features a lot; he clearly cares about the well-being of his customers. He also offered to call him, whenever we have a problem, and need anything--and we will certainly do that, since we feel like we are in great hands with Ricky. I could go on and on in my praise, but to make a long story short: Ricky Copelin is a fantastic sales man and a wonderful person. I would (and already have) recommend him to all of my friends, and we will certainly be back at Sport Durst for any future car needs. I should mention that we also briefly dealt with Luke Norman and Imran Afzal. Both of them were really great, too! Thank you for much, Ricky, Luke, and Afzal. You made the often painful process of shopping for a new car very pleasant!! More
