This place is the worst! I believe my axle is breaking and not one time was my car put on the LIFT to be checked! I was told they didn’t hear the noise and to come back when it is constantly knocking! I h and not one time was my car put on the LIFT to be checked! I hate the fact that this place was brought out by the original company I bought the vehicle from! Chantel and Janie were excellent at CBS and Keith was great at sports Durst! Now they have someone named Toni and Kyle there and they have terrible customer service. Before you buy a car from them, think twice! I am considering trading my car since this incident! I don’t want any dealings with them! Taking your car to get looked at is like going to the Doctors. The patient will go in and give the doctor their symptoms and in return, the doctor will then do a physical and observe the patient physically. Depending on what they’re experiencing the provider will then order labs on a patient to make sure they are ok internally as well as externally. This dealership just decided to ride my car around and observed no knocking noises but refused to put my car on the LIFT for a thorough CHECK!!!!!!!! There could have been an issue with the Axe; Tire Rod, or Tire Bolt. I am under 60,000 miles and my car is still under Warranty BUMPER TO BUMPER!!!!!!! They didn’t want to do the JOB and take time to look into the Problem I was hearing all last week!!!!!!!!!! More
Wow! Don’t bother with any other dealership, from the first email to the follow up call it was first class all the way. Michael was responsive, knowledgeable, straight forward, patient (with my 81 year o first email to the follow up call it was first class all the way. I contacted 4 other dealerships before coming here and they didn’t hold a candle to the service Sport Durst gave me. I would do it all again! And mom is now using apple play with navigation! Is it possible to rate a business no stars? Because that’s what I would do. My car was wrecked on 12/1/2019. You didn’t even notice that until we had it towed back to you after the first time it was “fixed”. You tried to reassure me that you’d find a rental car. How do you work in the auto industry and NOT know it’s impossible to find rental cars during the holidays? The second time you sent me home with a missing undercarriage cover. How on earth did that go unnoticed?What else is missing? Why would you not double check the under the hood rattle while waiting for parts? You’ve messed up twice already, you should be going above and beyond at this point. (Third visit to your shop) Now we have to do this again, a fourth time, and into the seventh month. 8/10 times we had to call you for updates, and it was 8/10 times, a further delay. I work in customer service and I would never let a situation get this out of hand. It’s beyond obvious that the mechanics did not have someone double check their work, or even a schematic of what parts should be there for a 2014 Escape. Now, even though you’re a guaranteed repair shop for Progressive, you’re telling me you don’t know what is wrong, and to take the car to Ford and pay out of pocket. I’ve been in a few accidents over the years and I’ve never had to return a vehicle for additional repairs, much less FOUR times, or had any of the negative experiences I’ve had with Sport Durst. Worst experience with a business of my entire life. It’s just utterly unacceptable. More

Always take the best care of you and your vehicle! I had a warning light go on and was advised to bring car in.
