They gave me a date of when the specific car I wanted was expected to arrive, and this car arrived 2 days ahead of time. In the mean time while I waited for this car, they left me voice mail 2 different times for similar vehicles that arrived while I was waiting for the particular one I had picked out in the event I wanted to buy them instead. Terry did a wonderful job of finishing the purchase, explaining features, taking me on an "inspection drive" of my car immediately prior to purchase. Dallas - this young man was exceptionally friendly, personable, professional and competent in explaining every feature, option and accessory in the car. Ken explained optional service/car care packages, prices and the paperwork process to my full satisfaction. Because I was unable to find a friend to drive either my old or new vehicle home (I did not do a trade-in) the evening of the purchase, Terry volunteered to deliver it to my home. My purchase was completed in the evening of one day and they dropped off my new car at my house the next morning. The car was immaculate and there were no surprises before, during or after the purchase. Every car dealership should be this good. Monica was great at helping me learn about options for warped rotors in Mazda5 - previous garage had indicated that they could not be re-surfaced and needed to be replaced.
