I was towed to this dealership a few months ago when I was visiting Chapel Hill for my son's baseball game when the service light came on in my 2012 Elantra and I called the 800 service number on my car. was visiting Chapel Hill for my son's baseball game when the service light came on in my 2012 Elantra and I called the 800 service number on my car. I had paniced as it was a Sunday and I was going to be driving back home to Huntersville, NC, so I called the roadside assistance number. They told me the vehicle would have to be towed. When my ride took me to the dealer the sales manager, Brandon Arthur, immediately put me at ease and directed Carole, a sales person, to get me a loaner vehicle. They allowed me to send my ride away and said they would take care of me. Well, I felt they went above and beyond. They not only gave me a vehicle to use, Brandon said it would be fine for me to drive it home to Huntersville so I would not miss work, and that they would make sure my Elantr got attention the next morning and someone would be in touch. They had me in and out of there and I was able to see my son's baseball game before heading home. Then the next morning service called to say my vehicle would be looked at and they would get back to me. Later in the day they called to let me know it would be a while longer, so I arranged with them not to head back to Chapel Hill until the following day so I would be sure my vehicle was ready. The next day they followed up to tell me that they couldn't find anything wrong other that the computer had misfired and they reset it. I picked up my car and again everyone was friendly & courteous, and got me on my way in no time at all! The only glitch was that less than a week later my car did the same thing and this time another dealer found that it was a bad sensor, so I think that the technician at Sport Durst missed this. More

My husband and I along with my daughter had been debating between the Ford Fusion and the Hyundai. After working with the Sport Durst team we decided to purchase our Hyundai through them. They also provide many options for you to look at. There are great financing options, and lease plans. It all depends on what you want. I cannot remember the other gentleman's name I worked with in negotiating my purchase, but he too was extremely helpful along with Lamont and David. More
