We found this to be a very professional experience. All people we worked with were straightforward and provided a great deal of information and feedback throughout our process. We went in pre-approved with our own financing but the finance manager recognized an opportunity for us to improve our rate and went above and beyond to work with us to secure an even better deal. The sales consultant gave us a very detailed introduction to the features of the car, and having a delivery coordinator to go through the basics of the vehicle operations as well as the dealership was also valuable. We were very satisfied with the overall experience and in the end we felt that we got a good deal on a great car. We would recommend this specific dealership. More

Mr. Waheed, our Sales Representative listened to our needs and answered all of our questions. He offered suggestions and choices so that we could have all the information and experiences to think throug needs and answered all of our questions. Mr. Tremper, our Delivery Coordinator, spent time with us explaining and demonstrating features. He answered all our questions and anticipated several more. He was not like your typical car dealer. He was very fair and honest. I felt like I got the best possible deal for my money. He was so awesome! Not to mention, after I purchased my car, they sent an awesome guy named Chuck to help walk me through all of my technical stuff on my car. He helped me step by step right down to pairing my phone and contacts with my car stereo!!! They made sure my car was detailed and had a tank full of gas when I left the lot. I also received some really cool stuff for my car. They really give you great service and a dealership should after spending that kind of money. My car is beautiful and runs great. I love my Tucson.
