James and Dallas Are Awesome!!! However I brought my discomfort to James( the sales manager) who heard my voice and was ready to rectify the situation and provide the service I expected. Immediately after speaking with him, he set out to rectify the situation. I was introduced to Mr. Foster who was extremely patient and accommodating. As James, (the sales manager) worked diligently to put my family in a suitable ride at a comparable rate, Mr. Foster introduced me to a car which was a perfect fit. I ended this journey with Meesha who drew up my paper work with a smile and was very informative about the papers I was signing.She was knowledgeable and patient. What started out as being a financial disaster that would have left me scared for a very long time, turned into a gratifying and rewarding experience. Outstanding low-pressure, friendly dealership experience I had an excellent experience with Sport Durst. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a used Honda Fit in stock and in my favorite color. In summar I had an excellent experience with Sport Durst. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a used Honda Fit in stock and in my favorite color. In summary, I entered the dealership with a specific dollar amount that I was willing to pay, and after some negotiating, I got precisely what I wanted...And then a few extras. As a young, single woman purchasing my first car (that hadn't belonged to an aging relative), I was prepared for all sorts of dealership scams or treating me differently because I was young and purchasing a car without "male supervision." Not once in my experience at Sport Durst did I feel like I was being manipulated, talked down to, re-directed toward other new/used cars, or otherwise misguided. Details: I went to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon and drove off the lot with my new car on Monday. My salesperson, Dallas Juarez, graciously worked with James Juarez to match the trade-in offer I received at other local dealerships and got the rest of the numbers to the precise dollar amount that I had entered the dealership hoping to pay. Recognizing that this was a big purchase for me, Dallas set me up with an extended test drive so I could take it to my own mechanic and get a better feel for the car. Dallas went out of his way to make sure I had a full tank when I left for the test drive and when I eventually drove it off the lot post-purchase. Driving the car for a few days was fantastic, because I really got a chance to look the car over. My mechanic said that everything looked great under the hood, but I was a little bothered with a few minor dings and a broken fog light. Dallas set me up with an appointment with the dent expert, a new fog light, and new floor mats. When all was said and done, it was like a new car! When there was a delay in meeting with the finance person on a short-staffed day, he even offered to take me to lunch. Though of course Sport Durst was eager to sell me the car, not once in the process did anyone seem "pushy," which is more than I can say for another major dealership in the area that was aggressively calling me about coming in. After purchasing the car, I have continued to receive excellent service, and had both of my services taken car of in a single appointment in just over a week. Overall, the service I received was fantastic and I would highly recommend the Sport Durst team that I worked with: Dallas, James, Mesha, and Tami. Right down to tracking down the previous owner of the car I was purchasing (an employee at the dealership), they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and satisfied with every step of the process. Mesha was a great help in all of the official paperwork and logistics, and was quick to help me when (a few days later) I realized I would need a new license plate. Tami set me up with a few bonuses before I left, including one year of free towing, delivery of fluids, flat tire change, jump start, lock out service, and a few other services. Hopefully I won't need to use any of them, but it is a very nice gesture that I don't think comes standard at most dealerships, much less for a used car. In addition, one member of the team mentioned that Mr. Durst not only takes good care of his customers, but also his employees, which made me feel even better about giving them my business. Overall, Sport Durst worked hard to earn my business, the environment was low-pressure, and I would highly recommend each of the outstanding individuals who helped me with my purchase! More

Michael was patient with my questions, readily shared the details of all of my options, and updated my options when a new promotion became available from Hyundai. He did a fabulous job looking over my new car to ensure that the car met the highest standards - so much so that he picked up on some "dings" that I hadn't noticed, and organized a plan to get them fixed at no charge or inconvenience to me. He was also incredibly helpful when introducing me to the options in my new car. All other folks at the dealership were very friendly and eager to make sure that my experience was a positive one. My only complaint is that it took too long to see the financing folks to finalize my paperwork. They were very friendly and attempted to pacify my frustration with the long wait. They did what they could to speed me through the process without compromising the information they shared with me. They explained that it was a busy day at the dealership. More
