My wife and I just picked up our new 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Our Salesman Jack Holt walked us through the entire order process. He continually updated us with information from the factory and even though it took five weeks to get here we could not be happier. We live in Wake Forest, NC and we shopped dealers in Raleigh, Cary, Durham and Fayetteville. I believe we received the best deal with Jack and Sport Durst Jeep of Durham. Thanks for everything. A really good salesman Ricky Copelin was the main person we dealt with, and Luke Norman was, I think, the sales manager. Ricky is very low-key and very knowledgeable. And if he doesn't know the answer to a question, he sure knows where to find it. I described to Ricky the kind of car we were interested in, and he produced a Hyundai Santa Fe. It was the first car I looked at and we bought it after looking perfunctorily at a similar SUV elsewhere. Ricky never pushed us, never rushed us, and never kept us waiting more than a very few minutes. When the time came to show us all the gizmos on the car, he did a thorough and unhurried job and stressed that he would be available if we had further questions. Luke, a much younger man, was more energetic and businesslike but also very friendly. This was the third car we've bought from this dealership and we were surprised at how many people remembered us from our previous experience and welcomed us back warmly. We had our previous Hyundai, an Elentra, serviced exclusively at the dealership. We've been very satisfied with the service and the prices. And the people are friendly and knowledgeable. So overall dealing with the Sport Durst people has been very satisfying and we recommend them without hesitation and with enthusiasm. More

Excellence ALL AROUND I've already purchased two vehicles from Michael Silberman. He's low-key and doesn't high pressure me, which I like. Michael knows a car feature's ver I've already purchased two vehicles from Michael Silberman. He's low-key and doesn't high pressure me, which I like. Michael knows a car feature's very well, which is no easy task because of different models and changes that take place from year to year. When approaching a desired automobile of my choice, he starts with the external features as he walks me around the perimeter of the car. He next shows me the sticker price on the window. He answers any question I may have. When getting in the car he takes the driver seat and I the passenger seat. Without starting the car, he points out all the features on the dashboard, the steering column and seats. He answers any questions I may have. Next he starts the car and takes the highway for its ride and he further explains its road features. After a certain distance, we switch seat as I get to drive. Eventually we return to the dealership. Again he answers any questions I may have. Lastly, he takes me into his office and draws up a work-sheet to measure my present car's worth and what purchasing options that his dealership can offer me. The General Manager stopped in to introduce himself. As purchasing a car is overwhelming to absorb in such a short time, I notified Michael and the General Manager that I need time to evaluate. With work-sheet in hand, I left Michael's office without any animosity on his and the general manger's part. In my lifetime, this isn't always the case. Leonard Rattini More

After our test drive, we knew we wanted a Santa Fe. Rodney made the purchasing experience hassle-free and relatively fast. I told Rodney we would come to him again when we needed another vehicle. Little did I know that would be 3 days later after my brand new Santa Fe was hit by another car and totaled. Rodney is now looking for a replacement for the Santa Fe Limited for me. More
