I am still waiting on that approval and have been calling almost everyday including talking to the GM's assistant who has promised me that a Sales Manager would call even though I haven't heard from anyone at all. Now because of the delay I have to go to another dealer because I never got any information regarding my loan. The dodge sales manager tried to push off a car on me that I didn't even want or like.It has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't know if I will ever deal with them again. More

Wow really nice buying experience! A big thank you to Erica and Rufus at Sports Durst for my awesome car buying experience! I went in with my heart set on a car but Erica was able to ge A big thank you to Erica and Rufus at Sports Durst for my awesome car buying experience! I went in with my heart set on a car but Erica was able to gently steer me into what turned out to be a great decision on a car that best fit my family. There was like ZERO time wasted! I was in at 9:15 am and out in about 2 hrs with my beautiful new Camry. I also walked in with the finance company I wanted to use but Mr. Rufus was able to find me a much better deal. I appreciated the friendly but professional service from Erica. She knew I wouldn't be happy with that small car after she got in the back of it to simulate the room I would have with my 3 girls. I'm surprised she made it out of there! I'm a busy woman and having everyone doing what they do best to get me out of there quickly makes a world of difference. My girls love the new car and we spent much of the afternoon joyriding. Thank you guys so much for a great experience. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone I know and I plan to be back when it's time to purchase another vehicle myself. Thanks for the chit chat Rufus and as I look outside at the snow I'm laughing about our conversation. Best car buying experience ever! Tami Neal is truly the best. This is the second new car that I have purchased from Sport Durst. However, my first experience was not so good but I kne Tami Neal is truly the best. This is the second new car that I have purchased from Sport Durst. However, my first experience was not so good but I knew that the dealership overall has excellent customer service and the service manager was very apologetic and did everything he could to make it right, so I didn't let one incident deter me from returning to buy another car. I worked with Tami a year ago and took up a lot of her time but decided not to purchase a vehicle and her attitude was perfect so this time when I knew for sure I wanted to buy a car I made sure that I asked for her. Her service was so excellent that I was on the phone with my sister who was also planning to purchase a new car and I made sure that she was going to be able to work with Tami because I wanted her to have the same great service that I was receiving. Tami was so helpful and patient and she got me the exact car that I wanted at a price that was comfortable for me. I can't thank her enough and I will recommend her to anybody that I know who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Tami Neal rocks!!! More

I told Mr. Greene my BAD experience I had at the last dealership with them not coming through as they promised and giving me the run around for about I told Mr. Greene my BAD experience I had at the last dealership with them not coming through as they promised and giving me the run around for about 2 months. I let him know my situation and the car I wanted and I asked him to just be straight up with me because I didn't want to be in the same situation again. He assured me that he will help me to get in the vehicle I wanted and he stuck to his word. He introduced me to Erica and she was so professional but at the same time personable. She and Mr. Green kept me in the loop and let me know what was going on from start to finish and they also was straight up with me so I was left with no surprises. For something that took the last dealership 2 months and no positive outcome. I left in 2 days in the car I wanted and a smile on my face. Erica and Mr. Greene I thank you so much you guys are the best and I told EVERYONE what a great job you both did for me!!!! More
AMAZING CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! Rodney Herndon assisted us in purchasing a Hyundai AZERA on Feb. 5th! He was AMAZING! I must give credit to the young lady who set up our appointmen Rodney Herndon assisted us in purchasing a Hyundai AZERA on Feb. 5th! He was AMAZING! I must give credit to the young lady who set up our appointment. She was very helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name. I told her we did not want to be haggled nor given the run around. She promised that would not be the case. She was so right! The finance gentleman was AWESOME to work with also. He was kind, knowledgeable and very attentive. Rodney was on point. We made the appointment Thursday morning, for Friday evening, but went out there on Thursday evening instead. Rodney asked us questions about the car(s) we were interested in, had shown us the cars, and provided us with all the info and TIME to make our decision. He offered to show us another car, not on our radar, but he thought we would love. It was also an AZERA, but better. See he did not try to sell us any model other than what we desired. We were out of there in about 3 hours with our new car. We probably would have gotten out of there sooner if we (Rodney, my husband, and me) were not having such a great time laughing and talking. We are so pleased with our experience that we have been telling anyone who will listen! More

I am a retired Marine and this dealership in customer relations has to be the worst I've ever seen. It happened on Saturday, January 24th at 1330. My son was working with a gentleman by the name of Charles Pettiford on purchasing a truck, we went into the dealership and the first thing we told the dealership is that my son had no credit an and we wanted to know if he could purchase without a co-signer. Of coarse the answer was no problem. We kept asking for a price and of coarse they would not give one but they were very eager to let him test drive it and get his hopes real high. They even asked if he was going to put any money down and he said $1000 or 1500.00. My son is 21 and never had a credit card or any other credit. Well when it was all said and done, they ran his credit and my son had a medical bill from an ambulance ride for $500 and some change that he did not even now about. I know that these dealerships work with more than one bank, They DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO with other banks. The sales manager, GARY PATTERSON, IS A JOKE. I wonder if the owner David "Sport" Durst knows what kind of service managers he has working for him and how much money he is loosing for having them there because if he did it to us, then he has done it before to someone else. I will tell everyone I know, especially the Military personnel to never go and see this dealership because you might run into this Service manager. He sat behind his desk instead of talking to us to let us know what was wrong and he had a real bad attitude like he didn't want to be at work that day. More
