Absolutely Super! Very Pleasant, very patient, very knowledgable,explained everything. Even though the computers were down at the Dealership, he stayed with me almost half the day while the paperwork w knowledgable,explained everything. Even though the computers were down at the Dealership, he stayed with me almost half the day while the paperwork was prepared after the "offer ping-pong" was played out. None of the usual drama with the sales manager. When a small error was made because the computers were down, they corrected it without whining. No Problem! Everyone at the Dealership I met, Sales Manager, Salesmen, Finance Manager, Service Manager and General Manager couldn't have been more professional or personable. Minor fixes to the new car were promptly resolved. Mr. Stubbs, and the Service Manager followed-up to be sure everything was taken care of to our complete satisfaction. I have bought a lot of cars over the years, this team is first class! More

Sharron Lovely is the bar none the best sales person I have ever worked with. Please note, I am buyer so I deal with sales personnel on a daily basis. Sharron's knowledge of the vehicle was extraordinary and her NO BS approach was extremely refreshing. Sharron listened very intently to what I had to say, processed the information I provided and acted upon my requests immediately. Sharron has a great customer service skills and I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family. Thanks Sharron! In addition, the sales Manager Chanelle (spelling ?)was extremely accommodating which is of course a huge part of her job, however, she went above and beyond with regard to my "issues" and made the sale happen. i shopped southern states and johnson in cary both dealerships where horrible. i was treated like an ignorant imigrant with no intelligence. i then went to sport durst hyundai that was 45 miles from m dealerships where horrible. i was treated like an ignorant imigrant with no intelligence. i then went to sport durst hyundai that was 45 miles from my home and the manager there james juarez and the salesperson bernard alston were very kind and courteous and treated with respect and class. i have bought cars for over 30 years and can buy anything i want but i look like a beach bum. i bought a brand new sonata and was treated like i was buying a multi million dollar home. i will never even consider shopping anywhere other than sport durst. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Millennium. The overall process went extremely smooth. Steve, the salesman that I worked with although he said he was still very new to the dealership was extremely overall process went extremely smooth. Steve, the salesman that I worked with although he said he was still very new to the dealership was extremely professional. I was extremely impressed with everything from the initial welcome to the selection of the vehicles up until I (4hours later, then again I guess this is typical) drove my car home. I have since had a few issues with the car(afterall it is a new car, better now to be covered under warranty than after ha), each time I come back Steve has personally taken care of me and I have appreciated the help. If you are looking for a great dealership, I would definately reccomend!! More
