I found them to be very fair and considerate in all aspects of the purchase with complete explanations of the features of the vehicles. My service experience on my first Hyundai is that they do high quality work and completely honor their warranty obligations in a punctual and professional manner. My most recent experience was on July 7, 2011 when I purchased a 2012 Elantra. They showed me other models and helped tactfully to get me into exactly the vehicle that met my current needs. The showroom experience was very courteous and pleasant. They helped me get exactly what I wanted in extras and did not pressure me to go beyond that. They explaind the steps that we were going through during the entire process and I was very happy and pleased at the end of the day when I drove my new vehicle home and had nothing but praise for how they conducted themselves. All five of these gentlemen were knowledgeable, extremely friendly and eager to help me make the selection that I wanted without being the least bit pushy. Ken Massenburg was great with all the financial paperwork. I never felt any pressure to purchase a vehicle and truly felt that each of these gentlemen believed that their word was their bond. At the end of the day, I felt that I had made five new friends rather than meeting four salesmen and a financial manager who I would soon forget. They all made me feel that our relationship was only beginning with the purchase of my new car rather than a relationship that was over when I drove out of the dealership. Not only do I highly recommend them and their vehicles but I also wish that I could give them a rating higher than a five as they all deserve a ten PLUS. More

Terry McCoy is great! He is the first sales rep who we felt comfortable with. He does not use a high-pressure sales approach, and gives you time to think and consider/evaluate your purchase. Ethan was extremely helpful with getting my first oil change. With the oil change, they gave me a complimentary car wash. I didn't time it, but it was quick and in line with other places I've gotten oil changes and service with my other (different make) vehicle. Everything went well - no problems or surprises. The waiting area was good, with satellite TV available for watching, along with magazines and drink/snack machines. Ethan met me as I drove up and I didn't have to search around for whoever it would be that I would need to deal with. I got to speak with other employees at Sport Durst that I dealt with before, and they were quite friendly, just like other visits. I've given another review of this dealership here before, with all good marks. I give Sport Durst very high marks again in this review. More

I was a recent college grad looking to buy a new car for the first time. And Bobby Crowe, my sales rep, was just the man to work with. He was friendly, informative, and genuine. He remembered my name every time I came into the dealership and was exceedingly patient, no matter how trivial my question. If not for Bobby I probably would still be looking for a car. Since purchasing my new car Bobby has followed up with me multiple times to make sure I was completely satisfied. Ok, where can I start. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and I was very skeptical about what process to follow. Not knowing all of the 'dealership technical terms', I was a little nervous, bu a new vehicle and I was very skeptical about what process to follow. Not knowing all of the 'dealership technical terms', I was a little nervous, but was able to relax when Terry walked me through everything. He was very patient with me, knowledgeable about his job, understood that I'm a parent that is serious about safety and knew my pockets weren't really deep. I walked into the dealership with low confidence, not knowing what would happen, but I left with my chest out, chin up, knowing I made a really great choice. It feels good to visit the dealership and the staff treat you like family..these guys are awesome!!! It also feels good driving the streets of Durham in MY 2011 Sonata...turning heads!!
