The finance managers Mesha and Norris were very through in explaining the financial aspect of the transaction, thanks guys. I drove away quite satisfied. Concerned about a noise I heard, I called the dealership and they immediately got me into service and once again, tremendous courteous and professional. He is always helpful no matter what I call him about. I've had a few problems with the 2011 Elantra Touring vehicle. Some mechanical and some physical. Tony tried to make certain all were fixed to my satisfaction. Sometimes the repair is out of his hands but he always gave it his best effort. Thanks Tony More

TERRIBLE sales staff and management. They are LIARS and THIEVES. They do not believe in returning telephone calls. BUYER BEWARE. They manipulate the customer during the financing process by stating that the bank requires the customer to purchase a service contract($2,000.00) and Gap insurance($750.00) as well as issue a large down payment for the vehicle. The bank confirmed that all of the above is OPTIONAL and isn't necessary to secure financing. How these individuals can sleep at night is beyond me. This has been a HORRIBLE experience that I would not wish upon my worst enemy. More

I really dislike the way many salespeople respond to you when they know you are interested in used or lower end models. My experience at Sport Durst was quite the opposite and it felt as if they went out of their way to help me find exactly what I wanted. It was a pleasure doing business with them and especially with Tony Peele, who is both friendly and genuine. Tony made the entire car purchasing process entertaining and easy-- he is quite the conversationalist! It felt like I was car shopping with a friend rather than working with a car salesman. I HIGHLY recommend both Tony Peele and Sport Durst Hyundai! More
