We really enjoyed our experience with Hieu. He was very knowledgeable about the different models. He listened to what our needs/wants were and did not try to up-sell us things we specifically stated we di knowledgeable about the different models. I had a great experience, my reason being is that, I had a a lot a problems with my old car & deep down inside, I just felt it was the end of the road. After the short period of time that'd met Mr. Mckenna, my life had changed, & before you know it, I was driving in a 2011 Suzuki Xs4. I'm truly glad that I had ran into Mr. Mckenna, so for you'll out there in need of a car, & you've a fulltime job, please, please go see Joe Mckenna, & I truly assure you, he will get in what's fits your need! I received excellent service from Sport Durst Hyundai, when I took my 09 sonata in to be serviced. We found out we needed a new transmittion, I was afraid the manufacture would not cover this serv when I took my 09 sonata in to be serviced. We found out we needed a new transmittion, I was afraid the manufacture would not cover this service under my warranty. After, several phone calls Angela was able to get the dealer to cover the cost of repairs and provide us with a rental until the repairs were completed. I was very impressed by Angela's professionalism and tenacity in handling our problem. Angela is great and I will definitely refer my friends to Sport Durst because of the wonderful service we received. Thanks Michelle More
I was already interested in this dealership because of the very funny commercial that definitely gets your attention. I was very fortunate to be introduced to Terry and he spent several hours with me (including well after the listed closing hours of the dealership) as well as a very nice lady that processed my paperwork (I'm sorry but I don't remember her name). I never felt pressured and am very pleased with the deals I received for both of my trade ins and the two vehicles I purchased. Terry worked very hard to get me what I wanted and I was able to drive away with both vehicles that day. I have also received several phones calls from this dealership from different employees making sure all went well, to check on scheduling appointments for the vehicles and to honor what was agreed upon when I purchased the vehicles. Keep in mind, I just purchased both of these vehicles 3 days ago and I feel like I have received better customer service and/or follow up service than I have ever received when I purchased vehicles previously. I have already referred this dealership (and Terry) to several friends/co-workers that are interested in purchasing a vehicle. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new and/or used vehicle. More

Before meeting Mr. Tony Peele, I had been to five to six dealerships trying to purchase a car - trade in my Volvo and work with my credit. Mr. Peele assured me that he could get me into a deal. Since I lived in Raleigh, he instructed me how to go on-line and review the inventory. His assurance and confidence gave me the encouragement for the first time that God had sent an "angel my way! Me. Peele stayed in contact per phone daily with me until I purchased my Chrysler 200. I would recommend Mr. Peele with the highest praise from beginning to end. His character and knowledge of the car selling business was definitely an assurance that I wasn't getting ripped off. Mr. Peele has also called to see if I am enjoying my new car and if there is any other assistance I may need. When I purchased my previous vehicle from Sport Durst about 4 years ago I had several problems with it right off the bat, it was used, but they worked it all out for me very well. As soon as my wife and about 4 years ago I had several problems with it right off the bat, it was used, but they worked it all out for me very well. As soon as my wife and I were in the market again we came here since it is a great one stop shop for a number of brands I was interested in. Settling on the Hyundai Elantra, we put down a $500 deposit on a car that was supposed to be there on Thursday, this was on a Monday, since they didn't have a color we liked. We didn't talk specific prices since they weren't sure just which car would be coming in, (should have been a red flag there)just that we were supposed to have first shot at it when it did. However when we put down the deposit they had to have a price on the sheet so it was the MSRP, I was assured that we could negotiate it once it came in and we knew just what options the car had. I was also making a trade in of the car I had previously purchased there and after the manager looked it over we were told that they would basically give me the blue book value, $4500, and since I owed $3500 on it that was supposed to be an extra $1000 toward my new vehicle. I was surprised at the high trade in value but figured it would just remove some of my bargaining power over the price in the end. Finally on Wed of the following week we get to look at the vehicle, 6 days later than it was supposed to be there. Granted in that time John up and quit the dealership suddenly and they had some difficulty getting my stuff processed. This brings in Tony and Chanel, Tony was great and up-front, especially since he just had an easy sale dropped in his lap. Then the problems started, evidently Chanel had to pay extra to get that vehicle, (even though it was supposed to already be on the way and was a generic grey Elantra) and because of that we had a hard time coming to a price. She was trying to say that we had signed to the MSRP on the deposit form which was actually different from the MSRP on the car that actually came in anyway. After pointing all this out to her we finally agreed to what I felt was a "decent" price but according to my research not great, but I attributed this to my trade in. After spending hours haggling and signing paperwork we were all but done to find out that they hadn't noticed the paperwork in my folder (that they had compiled themselves) that said I had a pay-off of $3500 on my car. What does this mean you ask? Basically that they were going to give me $1000 for a car worth $4500 and still give me a crappy price on the new car on top of it. What was a difference in my great to good price of a couple hundred dollars suddenly turned into $3500 and they actually tried to stick it to me with the old bait and switch. Chanel tried to just add it on, and when I flat out refused she even told me I had to wait to get a refund of my deposit. Luckily the woman doing the finance, (I can't recall her name but she was VERY nice and professional) was able to refund my money with a very simple swipe of my card contrary to Chanel's wishes. The dealership is trashy, it looks like they are just under construction but it was like that 4 years ago when I got my first car there so they certainly aren't coming along with it quickly. They obviously have problems with turnover and inventory control, and after dealing with them twice I can safely say they are the typical "shady used car type" dealership and there are reasons other dealerships get the good inventory. More

This was my first car buying experience and I would say that Edgar Roman and the Sport Durst family when out of their way to make it exceptional. I was assisted by Edgar Roman. Edgar was fantastic he was not pushy and was very patient with me. He was also very polite and I could tell he had done his due diligence, as he was very intelligible about the cars I was looking at and all features it offered. Edgar really helped me see the value in the cars I was looking and helped me to see which cars meet the qualities I was looking for and which did not. I had many questions for Edgar and he was able to answer all of them, even after hours when he was not at the dealership Edgar was responsive to my calls and questions. As for the Sport Durst Family, I spent a lot of time in the dealership looking at many options and weighing them all. During this time I was not only able to have a good experience but I was also able to see other sales people inter act with other customers. What I saw was phenomenal. They treated everyone as family and were always trying to please customers. I have heard of terrible car buying experiences and how all dealerships are there to rip you off but I do not feel this was the case at Sport Durst. The finance team was very straight forward and was not there to swindle more money out of my pocket. They gave me the best deal possible and took very good care of me. Chanel was very helpful. She was able to lay out all of my options and make sure that I choose the best for my situation. I would definitely recommend Sport Durst to all my friends and Family. I was a wonderful experience.
