We all know how stressful it is to buy a car. Well, I bought two this week from this dealer. I applaud all that I worked with: Michael Silberman, Eric Kelly, James Juarez, Chanel Grady, David Downey, and Jeff Coxen. They were all very friendly, very patient, knowledgeable, and kept to what they promised. The "numbers" were straight forwarded and understandable. They didn't play games with the numbers as dealers try to do sometime. I've traded many cars in my lifetime but this was the best experience I've ever had! I would highly recommend this team! More

I went in to see about a used car given that I didnt think i would qualify for a new one. I was just browsing for a few minutes because I didn't have much time. She gave me a one on one consultation that I did not get at other dealerships. I ended up in a brand new car with reasonable payments. Edgar was very informative in his delivery. I love the staff at Sport Durst. I would go back and recommend any friends or family to them without hesitation. More

Writing reviews is not something I typically do, unless the service I received had exceeded all expectations or it was a complete nightmare. My experience at Sportdurst definitely exceeded my expectations the service I received had exceeded all expectations or it was a complete nightmare. My experience at Sportdurst definitely exceeded my expectations - their products are as good if not better than most out on other lots and the customer service experience was absolutely excellent, by far the best shopping/buying experience in a very long time. I first learned of Sportdurst through Cars.com and was interested in a used 2011 Ram 1500. Their initial listing price was one that was extremely competitive with any other price I saw online. I submitted an online inquiry and within the hour had somebody return my email and contact me via phone. I was able to get to the dealer ship that day to test drive the truck. Eric Kelly was the first sales associate I worked with. He was extremely personable and efficient which made me feel comfortable working with him. Although, the vehicle I test drove was not exactly what I was looking for, Eric was able to show me some other options in new models that would fit within my requirements. Eric was up front with me from the very start by saying that he was not the "truck expert" but he openly collaborated with another sales associate, Jack Holt, who was more knowledgeable about the Ram line or trucks. I came back in the following day to work with Jack and test drive a new 2012 Ram 1500, which was an excellent truck. Again, Jack was very personable and efficient, and just as Eric had said, he was quite knowledgeable of the Ram trucks (and other trucks as well). Both gentlemen were focused on my wife's and my needs the entire time. Neither of them were "pushy" salesmen. Both men listened to (and heard) what we were saying and worked to get us exactly what we were looking for... and this was not an easy task. I knew going in to the dealership that I had a tall order and it would be difficult, if not impossible to work out (I actually spoke with somebody at another dealership who basically said my requests were unreasonable, and the process stopped there). However, Jack and Eric were able to work with their managers to find a price right where I initially asked. I have already recommended both of these men to friends of mine and when my wife is ready to upgrade her car, we will definitely be back to Sportdurst to work with Eric and Jack. More
All too often, buying a new car is a tedious, tiresome, and trying experience. I had gone to many other dealerships (including ones for different makes of cars) before going to Sport Durst. The whole team at Sport Durst Hyundai made me feel like it was more about finding me the RIGHT car than just selling me A car. That experience is what ultimately drove my decision to purchase from them. More
