I ordered the car in the Spring and it was delivered in I am glad Genesis is now its own brand owned by Hyundai. Buying the 2018 G80 was very smooth. I ordered the car in the Spring and it was delivered in late June. Michael Silberman assisted me during the entire process so that when the car arrived I was able to take delivery with minimum effort. I am really enjoying the new car and the improvements over my previous 2015 Genesis 5.0. More

Wasted My Time I called before I came. I live 100 miles away. The only reason I came was because they say on the infomercial that they can help anyone regardless of I called before I came. The car I was looking for, Chevy Impala 2014, new body style, had just been sold. So I figured they could locate a similar one. To make a long story short, I wanted to trade in my car 2006 Cadillac for a newer vehicle. I walked in and before I even had a chance to look at any vehicles, Mike W. spoke, ask me to sit down, started the paperwork, and that was it. He was short and straight to the point. Mike said I owe to much on my car. I said OK. Then i asked about the commercial, he says you should've read the small print. He then says I need about $5K down before we can talk about getting into a $15K car. So I said, so Sport Durst can't help me at all like the commercial says. He says call him back once I get the money and he can help me. Needless to say I was very disappointed and wasted time & gas driving that far. Then the fact that I feel I got suckered in to believing the infomercial, "U COME FIRST"! You are right, I was 1st to call & come down, 1st to give my information without even checking to see if there was another vehicle that fit my budget, & 1st to get turned away in a matter of 12 minutes. More

Sales good car prep not The sales people a thumbs up, the car prep was disappointing. The main issues were that the windows were dirty with sticker residue still on them, a s The sales people a thumbs up, the car prep was disappointing. The main issues were that the windows were dirty with sticker residue still on them, a sticker on the antenna, when I reached to see if I could clean it off found the antenna just sits in place, not attached, plastic still on some of the interior surfaces and the plastic trunk protector was just left in the trunk in the plastic, I had to cut the slots out for it to fit. More
