The experience as a whole is entirely to long. We were there 7 hours total, not including an hour we left for lunch, to look at, test drive and purchase a car. The car which we ended up having to leave at the dealership because we were just tired of waiting. Once again our salesman allowed us to bring our truck back home and made arrangements to pick the van up the following day. The process should not take seven hours to buy a car unless the buyer has credit issues which I did have have unless, A+ credit is to low in order to get approved for a loan through the dealers banks. We were even pre-approved through our financial institution. Other than the seven hour marathon sales pitch and then leaving without the car we purchased the deal was fine. More

We bought a new Elantra yesterday, on Sunday, April 1 st. I talked to Michael Silberman at about 1 pm.. We worked out the final deal on phone because I am familiar with the car. Michael processed the paperwork very efficiently and spent time with us to go over all details of the car including hands on demo for operation of the car. We never had experience like this in forty years. David also finalized paper work fast with full explanation. Everyone treated us like special . We felt like we are getting red carpet treatment. Excellect overall experience. Purchasing the car was fast, but waiting on the finance department to complete the paperwork took a little while due to being very busy.
