I wanted a manual transmission Hyundai Elantra that is pretty rare because they just don't make very many of them. Ricky and Sport Durst searched everywhere in NC and also in nearby states, and found one pretty rare because they just don't make very many of them. My overall experience with the dealership as outstanding. True to his word, I drove away an extremely satisfied customer. Customers are the priority at this dealership and that type of customer service is sorely lacking in many instances today. I worked with Craig, but my opinion through interaction and observation is that the entire staff works to satisfy the customer. The process was easy but seemed to take a long time. Still had the common "let me go to my manager" a couple of times for pricing, but I guess that's common at all dealership.
