We walked in with little hope from being turned down everywhere else. Vance welcomed us & made us feel right at home. Hieu Nguyen was very attentive and helpful--he came out to the lot as soon as we arrived at the dealership, listened to what we were interested in (new mazda 3 hatchback stick shift), did not try to sell u to the lot as soon as we arrived at the dealership, listened to what we were interested in (new mazda 3 hatchback stick shift), did not try to sell us anything more expensive etc, and in general responded to our needs very well. The test drive was by far the most extensive of any of the dealerships we visited when looking for a new car. He told us details about the car that were to the point rather than overwhelming. He also made it clear that he was willing to negotiate the price, which again, the other dealerships were not so quick to do. Considering I hate high pressure buying scenarios, the purchase of our new mazda was actually pleasurable. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and helpful--thank you. More
I made an appointment to have my car serviced. I was told to drop it off/ bring it in at 8am. Took my car there and didnt hear anything from the service dept. So around 2:30 pm I called to see what was going on with my car. I was told that it had not even been looked at. I asked when and i was told maybe later today or tomorrow... Why would Sportdurst have me to make an appointment if they cant keep it??? Everyone was smiling and so helpful when I came to buy the car. But nobody cares when it needs to be fixed... My Time may not mean anything to you all at Sportdurst!!! But it means a lot to me... Thanks JJ for running away a person that thought highly of Sportdurst!! More
